We have here today our precious brother, brother, Darrell Ward. He’s very well known from everybody and, evangelist from Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ in Elizabethton, Tennessee.

And, that is the church where brother Donny Reagan is the pastor. So brother, brother, Darrell, if you want to greet our viewers, want to greet our listeners. that are viewing now and just tell them hello. And, and we’ll just go from there. Okay.

Darrell Ward: Thank you. God bless you, brother. God bless you, Saints.

Certainly good to be a part of this this afternoon that we can have such an honor to be able to talk to God’s people and to share what wonderful things the Lord has done for us. And we trust the words that we have to say today will be a blessing to you. And just to encourage you to keep pressing on, because we’re just almost home.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Amen. I certainly can agree with Daryl on that, that things are, are, are, are moving very fast. And th and the hour that we live in a Whitten, you agree with that, bro?

Darrell Ward: Yes, sir. Yeah. It seems like prophecies, you know, the things we’ve we’ve read about in quotes, we’re actually now seeing in reality. Yeah,

Luis Urrego: absolutely.

And it’s an exciting time, you know, it’s a, it’s a time of, of sadness and, and, and people, being, worried there in, in the world. But for the bride of Christ is a time for us to just rest in God’s promises. And what I always say, brother Darrell is what God is concerned about is about fulfilling his word and for his broad too, to get herself ready, that’s all he’s con Preoccupied with right now.

And I think that’s what, that’s what we should be preoccupied with right now. So

Darrell Ward: God will certainly fulfill his word. Every, every word he promised he will fulfill.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Absolutely. So brother Darryl, can you tell us a little bit about your background and maybe, I guess start how maybe how you came to the Lord and, and maybe from there, how God called you to preach and then we’ll, we’ll we’ll, we’ll go from there.

Darrell Ward: Okay. All right, buddy. Yes, sir. born and raised here in the John’s state of Tennessee in this area, my people came into this area way back in the 17 hundreds about 1725, 1730. And so we’ve always been in this area. I was raised as a young boy, we as a Pentecost, independent Pentecost, and the first time I ever heard of brother Branam, it was shortly after his death.

I was six year old and there was a man came to my parents’ home with the old reel to reel tape player. I can remember it just as plain as yesterday and they, he set it up on the kitchen table there and we sat around and heard the. Brother Brandon preach. And he was trying to introduce the message to my daddy and my daddy didn’t really understand it.

So, but he didn’t reject it. He just didn’t understand it. And so that was the first time I ever heard of the prophet. A brother banned him and heard his voice. And then later on, I was going to happy Valley when we was in Pentecost before the message broke there. And I was at actually at happy Valley, when the.

When the message broke. I was probably, eight, eight years old, maybe nine like that. When the, when the message broke at happy Valley. And then my parents kind of got cold on the Lord and took us out of church. So from the time I was probably 11 I’d say until I was 21. I wasn’t in church. I had joined the army at a very young age when I went on active duty when I was 17 year old.

And so I used to drive right by the church, going back. To the army. Cause I was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and I would come home on the weekends and Sunday afternoon I would drive back to North Carolina to be as opposed to duty on Monday morning and, many, a Sunday Amenia Sunday. In those four years, I drove by happy Valley as all the saints out in the parking lot.

And it’s just, not realizing it, but just a few years later, the Lord would, would allow me to be a part of the congregation. So I got out of the RV when I was 21. And started school on the GI bill. And my first semester in college, you know, as a college student, X, X up army, you know, I was, I was a little bit wild, I suppose.

And. And I was, I’ll never forget. It was decent. The 21st, 1981. And, I had, it was on a Sunday afternoon and the night before I had been out partying and doing things, I really be ashamed for folks to know that I was doing, but, you know, I was just no center boy. And I was at an old building down in Jonesborough, Tennessee and old antique store with my.

My cousin had hurt his back. He, he owned that store and he wasn’t able to keep it open. And I was on Christmas break from college. So I said, Hey, I’ll go in there and keep it open for you. I said, I don’t know the process or anything, but if anybody comes in, I’ll, I’ll take their money and help him load stuff.

And he said, man, I’d really appreciate that. So anyway, I was down there at that building by myself on a Sunday afternoon and there’s around two o’clock and, all of a sudden this warm feeling come over me. Hey, Hey man. I knew it was the Lord because I had failed him when I was a boy. I remember as a young boy, about three year old, I was, my daddy was a tent boy for, for a man by the name of Bobby Pruitt who just recently passed away.

And they did tents to North Carolina and East Tennessee. And, and I had fell and broke my collar bone on a tent stop. At the, at the tenant meetings, it had rain and got muddy. And I slipped in the mud and fell on the tent stub and broke my collarbone in. And they took me in and, and, Bobby Pruitt prayed for me and right there on the platform in front of everybody, the Lord healed me instantly of a, of a broken collarbone.

So I had felt the presence of the Lord and there, in that building that afternoon, I knew it was him. Good. I cried and I was running around the building and I said, I gotta get out of here. And I turn a light off and run around and turn the same lot back on. And I was just, I was just a mess and I got to the door and finally got everything turned off and I got to the door to leave and there’s a voice spoke to me.

It wasn’t all doable, but it was just as real as I’m talking to, you spoke to my heart and said, if you are. If you go out that door, I’ll never call you again. And so right there at the door of that old antique store, a knelt down and surrendered my heart to the Lord. And, I told the Lord I’ve made the best out of my life, but if you’d forgive me, I would follow him wherever he would lead me.

So that was December the 21st, 19, 1981 is when I, I gave him a heart to the Lord and started, started serving the Lord and I went to church. at, at happy Valley there, cause that’s where it always be. And I was there when the message broken, went back to happy Valley and just started witnessing people.

I just had to tell them how my candle got lit. People started, you know, telling me even when I went back to school and that there was such a change in my life. And I was witnessing to two people at college about the Lord and what the Lord had done for me. And everybody kept saying, man, you’re a preacher, you’re a preacher.

And I said, nah, I’m not a preacher. I just love the Lord, like to tell what I know about him, you know, but people kept telling me and it started burning on my heart and yeah. 1992, I had met my wife. We got married. She went to happy Valley there, we got married. And so I was setting in happy Valley. This was about 1985, I suppose, maybe 86.

And I was setting it up only Ian, have a roll about halfway back and I was just looking. Around the congregation, you know, you just kind of look around and maybe see who’s there kind of what’s going on in his death. And that same warm feeling. Come over me again at a voice, spoke to me and said, go preach my word.

Amen. So I was working at the VA hospital in surgery as a surgical technician. And that that was on a Sunday of Slack. I called in sick on Monday, told them I needed a day off. And I went down to the river bank and I just prayed and sought the Lord just by myself on the river. And I said, Lord, if this is what you want me to do, if you’ll open the door, I promised you that I would follow you as if you, I don’t know how to start preaching.

I don’t know what to do. I said, but if you’ll open the door, I’ll step into it. And so I spent all day on the riverbank by myself and I come home that evening and my wife. told me, she said brother Phillips. He was the pastor at the time before brother Donny, came to happy Valley. he was my pastor from the time when I was a little boy, brother off of Phillips.

And, so anyway, she said brother, Phillips called and wants you to call him. So I called bill Phillips. He said, brother Darley said I was praying today. And he said, the Lord put on my heart to ask if you would take the service Wednesday night and just tell the people what the Lord did for you. And he said, now don’t worry.

If you can’t talk 10 minutes, I’ll be right there. I’ll take over the service, but just, I want you to take the opportunity to just express. So I went to church, I told the Lord on Monday, if he’d open the door, that, that I would follow him. And all Wednesday, three, two days later, I got into the pulpit for the first time.

And of course, real nervous. I’m still nervous when I get in the pulpit and I preached a message on. What the Lord has done for me, he can do the same for you. And that was the first message you ever preached. And the second message ever preached was God’s sons or Eagles. And the third message ever preached was a call to arms.

And so that’s kind of, kind of how it got into the ministry. And, but I was still working and I’d preach, but maybe once every three months or something like that, brother Phillips would, would, give me the pulpit. And I started working with the young people that came the young people leader there.

And we started having young people’s services, which gave me another opportunity. And, so the Lord spoke to me and told me when I turned 30, that, that I would start traveling. And, and preaching. And so, on my 30th birthday, the Lord had told it to me. I know I had remembered that and I had, I had come on, we had a little party with friends and stuff and I come home and, This was the, I’m trying to think of when it was, cause it’s been so long ago, but, but my birthday was like a midweek, like maybe a Tuesday.

And so I, we come back, we went down to pigeon forge for a little birthday, get together with some friends and stuff for my birthday. So we came back to church that weekend and I was sitting in the service, with my wife and there was a man about four rows up in front of me. I could just see the back of his head and a voice spoke to me and said, join yourself to that, man.

You’ll speak for him. And when the service was over, I just went out in the little vestibule there of the old church and I was standing there and the brother walked up and it was brother Billy Anderson from down in South Carolina. And he said, brother dial. He said, I got a little church down in Buford, South Carolina.

And he said, I was seeking the Lord about an advantage. He said, I heard you preach one time. And he said, I was seeking the Lord, about, having an evangelist. He said, the Lord put on my heart to ask you, would you come and preach for me? And I said, I said, yes, sir. I sure will. And so that was the first.

First time. I, I traveled out as a, as, as a, an evangelist and I went and preached for him. And then it slowly from that just started building here and there and here and there until it got to the place. in 2000, I was at still, still, this was from like 80, 86, 87 to 2000. I had worked and preached on weekends and took meetings and sometimes I would drive all night long, throw water in my face, go to work the next day.

I was coming back from South Carolina, had to be at work at five 30 in the morning, had seen my family. I was really tired, less coming over the Hills there of Asheville, North Carolina in the car. And I passed by a brother’s house that goes to our church and all the lights were off. They were in bed, you know, of course it was real early in the morning and I was still trying to come home and.

And I said, Lord, I said, well, what would you do me this way? I said, I had seen my family of tired. I got to work and just an hour and something just spoke to my heart and said, maybe you’re doing it to yourself. And so that just kind of weighed on my heart a little bit. And I was I’d went to, to lunch. I was in surgery and got relieved for surgery.

So I went and got me by date. I was coming back to the operating room and I come around a corner. And when I did. I skipped right into the presence of the Lord. It was just hanging, hanging there. It was nothing I seen, but I just stepped into this presence and I begin to cry because anytime I feel the Lord like it, come on me.

It always makes me cry. I always believe God squeezes a man’s heart to choose comes out his eyes, but I just stepped right into the presence of the Lord. And when I did this boy spoke again to me, it just a few times I’ve ever heard him speak to me, but it wasn’t audible, but he just spoke to my heart and said, go preach my word.

And so I went and I had a physical head, all kinds of blood work done. I knew the doctors, I had all kinds of tests run to make sure I was healthy. And in June, 2000 I went full time. So I’ve been full time now on the field for 20 years. So that’s kinda, that was my conversion and how I got into the ministry.

Wow.

Luis Urrego: That’s that’s, that’s wonderful brother Darrell. And, what’s interesting there is that when you, when you. When you were younger, you know, you were, you were, You heard, you knew about the message, but you have to have your own experience with it at some point in time, later on in your life. So it wasn’t, it it’s just, it wasn’t enough.

And I think, I think sometimes, and when God, I feel brother Darrell, that when God does things, he does them. Right. But when it’s somebody that tries to do it on their own, or for example, sometimes I tell parents, you know, when you try to be the kids, your child’s Holy ghost, It doesn’t work out most of the time, but when you let the Holy spirit do the work yeah.

Their life, God does the work. Correct. And so it seemed like God, that’s what, that’s what the Lord did with you as you were growing up and then, a gift, a gift in your life, makes way for itself. And I believe that that’s what’s happened in your life. Do you, would you agree with that brother, Daryl?

Darrell Ward: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I, I never tried to, to promote it myself. I just told the Lord if you open the door, I’d step in it. And, and so that’s what I tried to do, you know, and if the door opens, if I try to step into it, because that’s what I promised the Lord, you know? And so I tried to keep the promise, you know, And he was talking about having an experience, you know, Burbank told us over and over that God don’t have any grandchildren.

And just to know the message is not enough. You must know to know him as life. Rubrum said, you can, you can know the Bible backwards and forwards. That’s just being able to read, but to know him his life, you know, and, and, and that’s, that’s what I met in, in Jonesborough. I didn’t meet a quote book, nobody handed me a track.

I met Hilmar. I always believed that, you know, that he came there and sought me out and I preached a message one time sold out. And I, I believe he came looking for me.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Amen. I’m so glad that he’s come. But Abram said that we weren’t looking for him. He was looking for us the whole time. Amen. So I’m so thankful that he found us and he put us in the place where we needed to be and, listener viewer.

if you’re here, You’re you’re, you’re breathing today. You’re still alive today because God’s not through with you. And so, every day that you, that you have to live a man, it’s just an opportunity for you to draw closer to the Lord Jesus Christ. And so we just thank God. We thank God for brother Darrell and I’ve, I’ve had the privilege to, to do some, to work with brother Darrell.

A couple of years ago, we were down in Nicaragua and, Got the privilege to work with him down there and brother Darrell he’s he’s also a got he’s traveled internationally as well, and, preached in several countries. And, mainly what countries have you been to the most brother, brother, Darryl that you visited?

Darrell Ward: I’ve been to France six or seven times. I’ve been to Norway five times. I’ve been to Nicaragua 13 times. Yeah. You know, you go to so many, it kind of all goes together after a while, but those are probably the ones that have been the most too is, is Nicaragua. I have been to Honduras. I’ve been to Costa Rica.

I’ve been to Belgium. I’ve been to Trinidad Tobago several times, a Trinidad, probably four or five times to Trinidad. I don’t know. It all goes together. I know I’ve been in 32 countries. I didn’t preach on all level, but I have, I’ve been in 32 countries, either pass them through preaching the gospel or coming back, you know, passing through a country,

Luis Urrego: stopovers.

Darrell Ward: Yeah. I’ve preached in Switzerland.

I guess,

Luis Urrego: and most, most of those, most of those, countries that you’ve preached in, is it for bit been for youth meetings mainly, or

Darrell Ward: no? No. mostly the youth meetings have been in, in Nicaragua. Most of them is just, just meetings, you know? Okay. Okay. But we seen the Lord do some wonderful things with his people.

I was in that the first time I went to France, I talked to minister, there was, a woman came in and she had real short, actually a hair was shorter than mine had only a rings and pants and she was on a cane. And of course she spoke French, didn’t speak English and I speak English and. Cause barely speak English.

Definitely don’t speak French, but right at the end of the service, I just felt led to go pray for the woman. And so I left the platform and I just went down and laid my, my hand on her hand. She, she had a, she had her hand on the cane and I just went and laid my hand on hers. And, and I just, I just.

Pray for the woman. I said, you know, I said, father, this poor woman probably had a rough life and maybe don’t understand everything. And, she’s on this cane, you know, and just, just be merciful to her Lord and touch her that she won’t have to use that cane no more that she may know you’re the same yesterday, today, forever just prayed along those lines, something like that.

Well, the next morning this woman comes back the church as she stands up and wants to testify, which later I found out she was a staunch Catholic, but English, she stood up in the service and wanted to testify. And she said, I got up this morning and I didn’t need my cane. And so the Lord does touch.

The woman took her off the cane. And since that time she’s repented been baptized in jesus’ name. And the last time that I was in France, I had a meal at her house. Well, she doesn’t use it. She doesn’t use a Walker. And at church she was vacuuming the church and I told her, I said, SIS, you getting younger every time I see, you’re just getting younger and younger.

So it’s just wonderful what the Lord did for that woman. And that was one of the things that I saw in France. seeing the Lord do, I was in Poland here recently. last year and the same thing, I was leaving a meeting there and I saw a man on a Walker and it reminded me of the system in France. And I just went over, just laid my hand on his back and prayed along the same lines that the God would be merciful to the man.

And when I got home from Poland, about six, eight days later, I got a, I got a text from the brother who had invited me to the. To the country over there, but Robert Fisher and, and, he had told me, I believe it was the Robert had told me that the man had been healed in that meat. And he came back to church.

The next service was testified that he didn’t need his Walker. So as, as a symbol, Lord do that twice to a sister in France and a brother in Poland.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Would you say brother, Darryl, that those have been some of the most outstanding things that you’ve seen in your travels or, or do you have something, something else that maybe

Darrell Ward: top of your head, anybody that’s ever, ever heard me preach several times?

There’s probably heard me tell the story of Christina over in Rome. Romania. See when you start talking the country start coming back, you know, but that was in Romania. This was at a youth meeting and she was a gypsy girl. If my memory serves me around is she came up, didn’t have the heel, didn’t have a hip socket.

And so she came up for a prayer. She repented wanted repent of stands, went out the next day and got baptized. She came back to service the next night and wanted to be healed. And so I gave her a handkerchief and told her to take the sanctuary, put it under a pillar, go everywhere and testify that the Lord had healed her.

And I said every morning, when you get up, say thank God for healing me. And when you go to bed at night, say thank God for healing me and everywhere you go testify that at God heals you because your body will obey your confession. And so she’d done that. And I think it was probably about two and a half, maybe three years later that I was in Romania, that I got an email from that, from that sister, a brother in our church had gave her my email address.

And so she sent an email stating that she was in a meeting and stood up to testify, that the Lord had healed her. She said her heel. Popped. And she walked out of church. And so that was a wonderful thing. And, and a, a brother in, I was in the Ohio youth camp here a couple of year ago, and a brother came up to me and was telling me that he was in that meeting.

And he told me, he said, I watched her leg grow out. So he shared that testimony with me. So. I’ve seen the Lord do that. I’ve seen Lord do some wonderful things. in, in the meetings, you know, with young people’s meetings, I know the meeting in Ohio one time, my brother up there had a, a place in his ear.

Hadn’t healed him in the three years. He put all kinds of central oils and herbs and all kinds of stuff. You’d put on it instead, it would scab over and then it would start bleeding again. And so he came up, we just had a mess prayer that night that everybody lay hands one another. And so he came up at the back.

And w had his hands, you know, on all the people and was praying. And so we just had one mass prayer for everybody in the building and, He got up the next morning. And the place that had been in his ear for three years was completely gone. Didn’t even leave a scar. It just disappeared over the mat. So,

Luis Urrego: Oh my goodness.

Darrell Ward: Wow. I remember one time I’m a young sister stepped out. She was a bulemia. somebody that eats and it throws up their food. And so I was walking up to leave and she can run up to me. She said, brother Darrell. She said, every time I eat, I throw up my food. She said, I don’t want to live like that. No more.

Would you, would you pray for me? So we just laid hands on her, pray for her. And I said, yeah, you go eat a hamburger and thank the Lord. Well, when the anointing left me, I was in my room and I got, I got kind of concerned because somebody that, that has bullied me, you know, sometimes they can’t eat, they can’t eat food because they they’ve messed up their system.

They need to start out with a soft diet and work yourself back up. And I was, when the anointing came out for money, I was a little bit concerned. I said, Oh Lord, I hope I didn’t tell her, tell her something wrong, you know, and Zola, the next, the next service that we had to. She can run up to me. And I said, it’s just you.

Okay. She said, all brother Darrell. So not only that I go eat one hamburger. She said, I two less nights. I was concerned about her eat one. She actually ate two.

Luis Urrego: Amen. God’s still God. Amen does mighty things. And our miss gods, they didn’t stop healing when. When the prophet left the scene or when, you know, he’s still, God, he’s still gave him the Holy ghost, you still saving souls.

And, and so what a wonderful testimony, his brother, Darryl, and, it’s just awesome to see the power of God in our lives. And you know what blood there is nothing that you did.

Darrell Ward: No, sir, I was just there. I just happened to be a witness to it, you know? Amen. No, no man can heal. All healing comes from the Lord.

Jesus Christ. You know, he just allowed me to. To, to be, to be there when it happened to be able to see it, you know? Amen.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Praise the Lord brother Darrell. So as the listeners and viewers to seen, and I’m sure those who have seen brother Darrell, minister, and I’ve heard him minister, he, as he was talking about his testimony and how the Lord was drawn, he was drawn him and calling him to the ministry.

you can see that, he starts tearing up and, and so that’s, I guess, guess you’ve always been that way, brother, Darryl, since kind of, kind of that way, but, it’s it just goes to show that it just shows how much, how much he’s appreciative of, of the Lord. And, and I think that that’s the sentiment that each and every one of us would have when we really have an experience with God.

And, and so brother, Darryl has seen many things and I want to get into brother Darrell, which is what. What you’re very well known for is regarding your testimony about your daughter, Jessica, is that, is that correct?

Darrell Ward: Yes, sir.

Luis Urrego: And, and of course, you know, I know that you’ve told this testimony many times, but I don’t think that many people would ever get tired of hearing it, brother Darrell.

it’s such a wonderful testimony. It’s such a powerful testimony. And so, Can you just start off by, by telling us, you know, I think you said that you got married in 1984, somewhere around there.

Darrell Ward: 1982,

Luis Urrego: 1982.

Darrell Ward: Okay. And then I started preaching about 1985, 86, somewhere right in there. But yeah, I was married.

I was probably married four or five years before actually started, started a ministry as a matter of fact, the first night, me and my wife ever spin apart. I was out on the field preaching somewhere.

Luis Urrego: Okay. Okay. So when did you start, when did you start you and your wife started heading, has started having children.

Darrell Ward: Well, we were married. We was married eight year before we had our first child and we ended up losing that child in a miscarriage. And then we went another two years and, And she got pregnant with, with Jessica, which is our firstborn. And so at six months, my life started started hemorrhaging. And so they put her to bed and, Jessica was actually came a little bit early.

She came a couple of weeks earlier than Cheryl’s due date, but we thought was going to lose her. So they put her in bed, you know, to kind of. Thanks settled down a little bit, but then we had Jessica and she was born and it wasn’t too long after we had her that she got the colic and anybody that’s ever had a child with a colleague, I’m telling you,

Luis Urrego: yeah, I know how it is.

Darrell Ward: We, we tried everything stopped, stop that young from crying. I mean, that’s young and cried and cried and cried. And you know, it was a little joke, but I tell people everything. Somebody suggested to do, you know, we tried it, goats milk. We tried this, we tried that, you know, they said, put her on the dryer. I told people, set up, put it on the dryer.

I put her in the dryer, but which I didn’t, but it’s just a little joke, you know, but we tried everything to get this young and, to quit crying. And it went on for like six months before she actually stopped. And I remember one time we was at a pizza hut trying to eat and this young man, and this woman came up.

And she said, can I take your baby and let you all eat? And she said, I’ll just go outside and walk with it. And I just handed her to this stranger, just sit here. So we was sitting there eating, and my wife said, so do you think you should have done that since she, she may, she may keep her. And I said, Oh no, I promise you, she will bring it young and back.

Cause he was a to find out this woman was the sister of someone that I, that I worked with at the VA in surgery, a good friend of mine. So it’s, it’s funny. It’s just a small world, but yeah. But anyway, she, she took care of the babies so we could eat, but that’s the way it was. I would go outside and, and, and walk with residual would eat and then she would come outside and walk with the wildlife.

And that’s just the way our lives work. I put on a suit to go to church and she had this, vomiting. Projectile vomit. And it would just spew, you know, and, and I remember one particular, Sunday, she messed up ever new ever clean suit that I had, you know, had to end up just going with the church without one.

So then she kinda got settled down from that. And, so then she was two and a half year old. And this was in 1995. And, I’ll if no, one’s seen the video brother, Tim prove it. About six years ago down in Louisiana, I was preaching to youth camp donor, and we sat down I for one of the services in a little room and just kind of gave the testimony that we’re fixing the guilt and, So they video recorded it.

And then I came home and actually, we had some footage of Jessica when she was hurt, so bad and stuff. And we had it in a, in a room, had not even looked at it. And so I got it out and started looking at some stuff that would kind of match some of the testimony. And so they put this video out called not yet daddy, and you can get it, Through a brother, Tim Pruitt’s church or their summit happy Valley, or you can just go on YouTube and tap in.

Not yet daddy and the video actually shows a Jessica in her recovery mode in some of the things I talk about, you can actually see it on the video. And so I was going to, if somebody. It gets a chance to look at that or has never looked at it. You’re more than welcome to do it. It’s called not yet daddy, but

Luis Urrego: make sure, for the viewers or listeners, we’ll make sure to link it on our website as well as on the podcast and on this video as well.

We’ll make sure to link a link to that YouTube video.

Darrell Ward: Okay. So this was, on March the 14th and 1995. And, I had went to the, to the dentist that day and they had, did a little put a little feeling. So my mouth was numb and I was actually with Cheryl’s daddy. And Cheryl had took Jessica over to her cousin’s house to play with, with the cousin Matthew.

They was Jessica and him was about the same age. And so there’s over Charlotte and went over to, To her cousin’s house. Cause she had a little boy named Matthew for them to play. And so I was with Cheryl’s daddy and so, came back and the, the Walmart rep right below where Cheryl’s daddy and momma lived, was going out of business because they was opening up a super Walmart.

And so they were giving away stuff. And so a brother Homer, that was my father in law. He was getting some of the cabinets that they were throwing out and he’s going to use them at happy Valley in the library to store tapes and stuff like daddy. And so we had used my van and he, he was, he had took the van to load up some of the cabinets while I was at the dentist and he came back to get me.

And so we was going home and I was going to drop him off and go on home. Cause Cheryl had her car. And, so we, as we pass Walmart, for the Homer said, you know, Cheryl’s in Walmart. And I said, well, let’s just stop. So we stopped into Walmart there and the Walmart was not too far from the railroad tracks.

You could actually see the railroad tracks from the front of the Walmart. I saw when we went in to Walmart and run into Cheryl, you know, and they was shopping and getting stuff. It was on clearance and, and stuff like that. And so I come around there and I, and I said, where’s Jessica. And she said, daddy took her.

And Rachel, which was Cheryl’s sister. She was eight year old to get retros girl Scouts. cookie, money and turn it in because she had sold cookies and I think it was four or $500 and he wanted to make sure the money got turned into. Okay. So he had went to the house, got the money and on the way back, he had poured him.

In front of the train and it was like five 45 in the evening. And so I was walking around there and my mouth was kind of, and, you know, and so, Cheryl sister Yoda was there and her, her firstborn, Kaitlin. And so, they was all trying to check out and I said, well, look, I’ll just take Katelyn holder.

Hold her in my arms, I hear at front. And that way you can, you can get, get your stuff and get it paid for. And so I’ll just have her out front. So I went out front of the four year there and was standing there holding case. Then I looked out the window or the front door there and I saw the crowd. I, I saw the police and the ambulances and the little, I just, I just saw the scene, you know, and I was wondering, I said, my goodness.

And so this little girl came up and this woman, it was actually standing out there where I was at. And she asked this little girl, she said, watch what’s going on. And she said, there’s a car was struck by a train and said that there was a little baby said it’s Len out there on the grounds that it’s crazy.

It’s bleed Neverwhere. And I said, his mom was being killed. And so when she said that I was standing there holding Caitlyn and I just began to pray him. And I said, father, you know, whoever’s family. This is just to have mercy on them, Lord. And, and, and just, just help them during this time. And I actually, actually that was prior to the girl coming up there.

I had looked out the window and saw the Rick and, and just started praying, you know, said, Lord just have mercy on these people. And so the little girl came up and said, you know, it was a mother and a child. And. And so again, you know, I was saying, Lord, just whoever’s family. This is just to have mercy on them within a few minutes.

Mo my wife come up and said, you need to go down to the railroad tracks at daddy’s been in an accident. And I said, no, no, it’s not. Your daddy said, it’s a woman and her baby, because that’s what the little girl said. And she said, no, no. So they come and got me said, you need to go down and said, daddy’s been in an accident.

And so there are worse standing in the four year Walmart. Praying for someone who’d been an accident come to find out. I was praying for my own family. I didn’t know it. And so I went running down to the tracks and when I got down there, I didn’t recognize the car. It was just, it was just demolished. It was only when I saw the Malica for license plate that I realized that, that it was my family. So I went running up to her. to a worker there. And I said, this is my family. Can you tell me anything? He said, I’m sorry, I’m not allowed to. And I said, come on, man. I said, this is my family. You, you gotta tell me something.

He said, go see the sheriffs. I went over to seeing the sheriff and, And I said, sir, this is my family in this accident. And can you tell me needs? And he said, well, there’s two living in there’s one dead. And I said, I said, Oh, which one’s dad? And he said, which one is yours? I said, the baby was mine.

The small one was mine. He said, well, she’s living. Of course that meant, that meant Rachel Rachel was dead, you know? And so. they had the, the, the tarp over the car. And so anyway, about that time, the Cheryl’s sister came and then Cheryl came next and he Cheryl’s brother came and the Cheryl’s momma came and everybody was just historical, you know?

And, so there was an ambulance there that they actually had it for Rachel’s body. And so I asked him if I could put my family in the ambulance. So we just all got in this ambulance in the back of it. And it does, we just had a word of prayer. Ask God to help us during this time. And so they actually took my family on to the hospital, in the ambulance.

They just took them over to the hospital. And I went back to Walmart cause we didn’t have cell phones in those days. And I actually used a payphone called my brother in and I said, there’s been, Homer’s been in a bad accident. Rachel’s dead homerun. And Jessica is just hanging on for dear life and said, can you come and help me?

And so people started making phone calls. And so I went, I went to the, I went to the hospital. I got older fountain the family and, they let us go back to see Jessica in emergency room and, and yes.

Luis Urrego: Sorry. Sorry to interrupt you. Rachel it, Rachel is who again?

Darrell Ward: Rachel is Mo was my wife’s sister. She was, she was at Euro.

Rachel was the old, I mean, Cheryl was the oldest in the family. Rachel was the baby. She, she come along late. She was a little surprised, you know, for Cheryl’s mom and daddy. And a lot of times when I was with brother Homer and Rachel was with us, people would thought Rachel was my daughter and actually thought he was the grandfather.

You know, he’d say that’s my daughter. You know, because she come on late and lashes a little surprise for them.

Luis Urrego: I can imagine brother Darrell, cause I have an eight year old right now and I just couldn’t imagine her being gone. So, so young, you

Darrell Ward: know? Yeah. When the train struck the car. Jessica was sitting in the middle and of course, where the Homer was driving and Rachel was on the passenger side, they was all in the front seat.

And when the train struck the car, the, the impact of it, it, it broke her neck and she actually died instantly. And her body was still in the car. When I went down there, they had put a tarp over it. And, but under the tarp, I could see her, her, her hair, her blonde hair, you know, but wow. swim when, when, when we got to the hospital and they let us go back to see Jessica and we passed by this cubicle.

And, there was all this stuff where they was working in an emergency situation. They was blood, blood everywhere, and I’ll just never forget my wife. And, she said, sit up, of lost. I’ve lost Rachel. And she said, there’s my daddy’s blood.

And I said, well, I said, honey, she said, if, if I, if I lose the amount of a city, it will be all righty. Let’s just, let’s just go on. So we went on down to where Jessica was and when I walked up there, one of the doctors was a friend of mine and he said, he said, Oh, please, please don’t tell me, that this is your family.

And I said, Mark, how bad is it? He, he, he actually teared up and he said, he said, I’m sorry. He said, I’m so sorry. I said, she’s just hurt too bad to live. And, And so that’s what we had that evening. And they put us a little room and, you know, when the word got out, the whole foliar was filled with people from happy Valley.

And, they must’ve been, I don’t know, there’s just a large crowd that had come down to support us. And one of the ER, nurses come up and said, mr. Wards, could you ask some of these people to leave? They’re just, you’re there out in the hallway. They’re in the waiting room. They’re, they’re just everywhere.

And I said, ma’am, I said, ha. They come down here to, to, to show support for my family. I said, how could I possibly ask them to leave? And so they put us in a room that evening and then down below Jessica and we was laying in bed. And Cheryl said she was crying. Of course. And she said, I’ve lost my daddy because they had come shortly after, after we had went back and seen Jessica, we went back to the waiting room and one of the doctors came out and Coursera worked at host Valley and surgery.

She actually knew the doctors that was working on her daddy and the doctor came out and he said, Charlotte, I’m so sorry to hear. We lost him. He said he just, he just bled out. So when we opened him up, he just didn’t have, is he, he just bled out. He said, we’re sorry. And so he had, they pronounced him dead just a little bit before nine o’clock that evening still nail bro.

The Homer was dead. Cheryl’s baby’s sister. Rachel was dead and Jessica was fighting for her life. And so we was there in that room and she was crying. She said, I’ve lost my daddy. She said, I’ve lost my sister. And she said of Jessica, if Jessica dies, she said, I just can’t live. She said, I just, I just won’t be able to live.

And I knew she made it. You know, I, I knew that, you know, the prophet said that the Lord died from a broken heart. And, and I know, you know, that, that some people, I just, I just knew that what she was saying, she meant from her heart and I just turned my face to the wall and, and I’ll just never forget. And, and I said, Lord, I said, what.

What are you doing to be your you’re tearing me to pieces. You’re taking everything away from me. And I was just crammed before the Lord. And I looked, it was just like looking at a movie and I solid it. It was, it was me. And it was Cheryl and it was Jessica and Jessica had on a new dress. It was a dress I’d never seen before she had on this new dress.

And we were walking out on the platform of happy Valley and I kept that in my heart, through the whole process, of, of Jessica’s recovery. So that was kind of what was left with that evening.

Luis Urrego: But there’ll be before, before we continue with the testimony, I just want to greet some of these viewers here real quick, a dozen Marcello Duenas. See, he says, God bless you. My dear brothers, wonderful testimony for God. Be the, be the glory. God bless your brother, Marcello. Amen. And, So, I just wanted to greet, each one of our viewers who are listening in tuning in just brother D with brother Darryl award from, from Johnson city, Tennessee, tens happy Valley church of Jesus Christ.

And, Or where brother Donnie Reagan, pastors and brother, brother Darryl was a fellow nurses testimony regarding the car accident that his daughter was, was involved in his oldest daughter, Jessica. And, the, that on that, from that impact, he just, he lost his, his father. Father-in-law correct? Yes.

His brother Homer and, and, and one of his wives, sisters, a little Rachel, Rachel was

Darrell Ward: her name. Yes.

Luis Urrego: And she was eight years old now, Jessica she’s in the hospital and, not sure if she’s gonna make it or not. So, so brother Darrell had just mentioned that he had seen something, the Lord showed him something that they were walking down the aisle of the church.

If I’m not mistaken, you Jessica and your wife,

Darrell Ward: she was wearing. Out on the platform. We use a weapon out on the, on the platform of, of the church there at happy Valley. Okay.

Luis Urrego: So you can wear in 10, your brothers there.

Darrell Ward: And so I just, I kept that in my heart, what the Lord had showed me and, So he was touching goal, like you said, and I was telling us, you know, that no, nobody was giving us a good report.

Everybody was saying that she was just hurting too bad to live. She had a severe brain injury, it was called brains years. She came out of the car. she wasn’t wearing a seat belt or a child restraint. She came out of the car and busted out the left rear window of the car with her head and was laying on the bridge either that it came off the top of the engine.

And so one of the people that picked her up told me that she, she had burns on her owner’s side from where she was laying on the breather that had come off the engine. Cause it was hot and. So when she hit the ground, she hit the ground so hard. Her brain actually tore on itself and produce bleeding.

So she had bleeding on the brain. She had brain sheers, her teeth come through completely through her jaw. she broke her rat femur. She had bruised kidneys. She was bleeding, from her kidneys. She had shut the shock lungs. Our lungs were bruised and damaged. He bred a bruised heart. I’m not sure about her spleen.

I don’t, I don’t think her spleen was, was bleeding, but, the biggest injury that she had was in her was in her head. And then, when I was trying to intubate her, she had actually vomited and suck it back into her lungs. And so she, actually set up pneumonia. So she had pneumonia on top of all of all her injuries.

so she was in, she was in pretty bad shape and tubes everywhere. And so the day of the funeral. they had come and got me and they, I went, I went rushing up to see the doctor and he said, Jessica, longest collapsed and said, we need to take her to a surgery and put in a chest tube to get, to get her lung to get back up.

And, he said, we think she may be swallow chewing gum. And the chewing gum is blocking the lung and it’s caused it to go down. And he said, well, she wished she swallowing. Was she chewing gum? And I said, I don’t know if she was with her grandfather. I don’t know if she was chewing gum or not. He said, well, we.

I think that that’s what it is. And we need to go in and get that chewing gum out and get our lung back up and we need your permission. And I should, I said, Ray, he was another friend of mine. I said, raking it, wait. I said, I got to go bury my family as it, can it wait till I come back? And he said, no, we, we need to go right now.

And so I signed the permit and I went to the phone and I called my brother. And Dwayne. And I said, Wayne, they want to take Jessica to surgery and, and I’ve got to go to the funeral and, and, but the funeral school, we had brother home and Rachel’s funeral at the same time, I said, I gotta go to the funerals and.

I said, I don’t want her to be up here by herself. And I know you probably want to go to the funeral. I said, no, no, I’ll come and sit with her. I understand. And so I hung up the phone and I was just standing at the window and I know folks have heard this before. I’ve told it all over the country. Yeah. In the world.

But I stood at the window. I said, I just began to pray. And I said, father, suggest, cause hurt really bad. And I said, she’s hurt more than I can do anything about. There’s nothing I can do to help her. And I said, so Lord, ever to you, I just give her to you and whatever, if you, if you let her live, I’ll, Oh, I’ll tell her, try my best to tell the world what you did for her.

If, if she dies  with the rest of my family, I’ll preach as hard as they ever preached. But if you let her live, I’ll try my best to tell the world what you did for her. And so, I went to the funeral, pull brother down to the side of center, taking Jessica to surgery. Would you pray? So we just had a word of prayer and then brother Donnie did the funerals in mustard.

It thanked people for coming and I went straight back to the hospital. And, so when I got to the hospital, they told me. A Reiki master. We didn’t have to take her to the surgery and said, her lung has come back up and it’s, everything’s fine. So they never did have to take her to surgery. And so I was sitting out in the waiting area is about two or three o’clock in the afternoon, on the day of the funeral, because we had the funerals that morning.

We had the view on that night and then the graveside service the next morning. And so had come back from the grave site. Service was sitting there at the. In the waiting area and that same warm feeling that I spoke about earlier, it just came over me and this voice spoke to me. I’ll never forget this boy spoke to me and said, these words, your daughter, Shelly of.

Luis Urrego: Hey, man,

Darrell Ward: I’ve never done it from that moment. I just started thanking the Lord for it. I started looking for it. I started telling the people, Hey, you know, when Jessica comes out of the coma, she’s gone, she thinks she gonna be able to use the bathroom. Or she got to be potty trained again. Well, they thought I’d lost my mind.

They thought I’d had a nervous breakdown, you know? Cause they were saying Mr. Ward, there’s no way your daughter’s ever, ever going to use the bathroom again like that. She’s never going to sit up. She’s going to be nothing but a vegetable. But I kept saying, Hey doc, Yes,

Luis Urrego: sorry to interrupt you. Was this, was this the same voice?

Was this the same voice that you heard when you, when, when he was calling you to preach?

Darrell Ward: Yes. Yes. It’s always been the same board. And I want to make sure that people understand it was never an audible voice. It’s just something that spoke in my heart. But, but the voice is just as real as my voice is to you right now, to me, when it, when he spoke to me like it, and it always like a warm feeling, just come over me that he would speak to my heart like that.

But, and so anyway, Jessica started getting better. it was slowly tubes started coming out. and by this time on April the 10th, I transferred her from host and Valley. she came out of the coma. she started, you know, being alert. She had no control over her body, but she was begin beginning to be alert and she was thrashing around and moving and stuff like it.

So we took her down there to Siskin for rehab, and she just had no control over her body at all. But slowly, slowly, It started coming back and more and more. And then she got to where she could sit up and then she got to where she can walk. Cause she got to where she could talk. And so everything came back, but her vision, and I remember one day the doctor that was taking care of her den Siskin.

I was standing in the hallway and he come walking down the hall and I was holding Jessica and I just let go of her. And she just stood there for like five seconds, just stood there and then she kind of fell over and I called her and that doctor I’ll never forget. He said, I said, I just witnessed a miracle, said she should never be able to do that.

I just remember him saying that, you know, and so everything came back. She started talking again, but her voice was real slow and everything came back from her better her vision. And she had a she’s diagnosed with cortical blindness, and it was from where the, she had had the stroke and, let me, let me, let me go back and bring up something about the stroke.

She was bleeding, had blood on the brain. And so they was, they took her, the next morning after the accident. And I believe it was down to do some X razor or some scans of her brain. And they were, they thought they was going to have to actually take a piece of her brain of her skull out to relieve the pressure because of the blood.

And so the people were praying. And so that morning they took her down to do the scan. And there was no blood that came back to never, they never had to do that.  and so they came out and said, no, we can’t believe that the blood’s gone. And so that was one of the first things that the Lord did for her was, was, was the blood on the brain.

And so, because, the brain has swelled up. And pinched off the blood supply to the back part of the brain. It left her with a condition called cortical blindness. There was nothing wrong with her eyes or her nerves, but the part of the brain, when lap passes through the eye, the backbone of the brain catches it.

It flips the image and sends it to the front part of the brain. And it tells you, you know, that’s a DJ, that’s a wall. I stopped like that. So it was like nothing wrong with her eyes, nothing wrong with the nerves. But the back part of her brain was, was dead from the stroke that she had. There’s only told her she would never see.

And so I just kept reading to her every day from the Bible. It’ll Isaiah 53 and I would put Jessica’s name in the scriptures and I’d ask her everyday. I see Jessica, can you see me? And she’d say, no, no, daddy. Kinked see you. And I said, I said, but you will just go. I said, you you’ll see your daddy again because God provided the lamb for your eyes.

And I said, you’ll see me again. And every day I’d ask her, Jessica, do you see me? No, daddy, I can see you. I said, but you will have to you’ll see me again. I remember one time she just touched my face and she said such a pretty daddy, of course I knew, sure enough, she’s black the thing. But you know, she said such a pretty daddy.

She just stroked my face like this, you know, and yes,

Luis Urrego: light in that room that you can turn on real quick. I think it’s getting darker and the sun’s going down. I think we want everybody to see your, your, Wonderful expression. Yeah, that’s much better. Yeah. It’s easy to get carried away in the testimony then, and then they start, but that’s no problem at all.

So she was, so Jessica was touching your face and, and. She was saying she’s such a pretty daddy.

Darrell Ward: Yeah. He says, that’s a pretty daddy. And she pitched him a watch, you know, she’d say, Oh, such a beautiful watch the stuff like it, but she couldn’t see him. We had a little pair of sunglasses forward and she actually learned to walk again.

She’s walking on a Walker and blind and there’s there’s videos. I was telling you that the video here, there’s actually some footage on that video and it shows you’re walking down the hall of the hospital with a Walker in the, and the sunglasses on and. And so one day we took her into the, to the bathroom to give her a shower, give her a little bath, me and my wife, cause she’s only two and a half year old and we took her in there.

And so I don’t even know why I’d done it, but I just reached up and flipped the light off. And when I did just as says, Whoa, it’s dark in here. And I told her, I said, did you hear what she said? And. So I turned the light back on and she goes, there it is. So that was the first indication that we could, that we could, that she could see.

And it’s kind of funny that the first time we knew she could see was when we turned out the light, it was darkness. And then when I turned it back on, she said, there it is. And then like the next day she could see walls. the next day, like the third day, her vision just goes like it. And by the third day she could see everything.

but when I was telling her, you know, you’ll see me again in one day, which is where I’ve got the title for the, for the video. And I asked her, I said, suggest the kinship. Can you see daddy? And she said, these words are not yet daddy, not yet. And when she said that, I knew. That she believed me. She believes she would see again, because daddy said so.

And I went to this little place that I went to when I needed to be by myself and pray. And I just, I just sat down and I just whipped before the Lord. And I just remember saying, Lord, why can’t we believe you liked it? You know, she just that little simple childlike faith, she would see again, because daddy said so, you know, and, and our daddy, he said, I’m the Lord that healeth thee.

And he promised us the Holy ghost and he promises the rapture and we don’t need, there’s no use to get upset that just simply believe what daddy said. He’ll keep ever promise of his word, you know? Hey man. So that was, and then when we came home from the hospital, she had been in the hospital 67 days. And when we came home, they had a tremendous homecoming and the newspaper was here.

And, some of the footage is actually on the video of, of us. The day we came home. And before we left Chattanooga to come home, a sister in our church, sister, Becky Johnson, brought a new dress down to the hospital for Jessica and the Sunday morning that we came back to church for the first time, since the accident, we was in the study and they had a big homecoming for us.

And people was from every word, had a special thing. And then just stuff like that, brother, Billy Paul, Brandon came down and gave his testimony that weekend. It was just a homecoming weekend for us. And, when we walked out. I was in the study and brother Louis Blevins a song there. He said, go out there.

The people want to see her. And I said, brother, Donnie’s talking. He said, man, go on to people. Want to see her? So brother Donnie was, was getting ready to introduce us. And we just opened the door and walked out on the platform. And it was what I had solved those many weeks before in the hotel room, we walked out on the platform of happy Valley may as Cheryl and Jessica.

Is she a head of a LeDoux dress and the thing assault or March the 14th, 1995 became a reality in April when we walked out on the platform of Jessica wearing a new dress. And so they told us she’d never go to school. And of course she did. She graduated from high school with honors. she was in special Olympics, and she actually won a medal for running the 50 yard dash.

if I told you she’d never walk, she won a metal run and she graduated with high honors from school. They told me she’d never drive a car. And she does. So just about everything the doctor said, she couldn’t do. God said she could do it today. Yeah. We’ll just give her back to us. And she’s 28 year old today.

I told her not long ago, I said, Jessica, you really need to give your testimony. And she said, I can’t daddy. And I said, well, I know it’s hard to any, but you know, the first time, the second time it’d be a little bit easier in the third. She said, I can’t do it to daddy. And I said, how come she said, because I don’t remember it.

I don’t remember anything. She said, the only thing I know about the accident is what I’ve heard you tale. So she has no memory of the accident at all. but, I gave them to the Lord that day standing there. I just, I just gave her to the Lord. And when I gave her to the Lord, she was a little girl that was a laugh support.

she couldn’t see, she couldn’t talk. She couldn’t swallow. She couldn’t walk. She was just a vegetable laying on lap support with a ventilator breathing for, and that’s what I gave to the Lord standing at the window. That day when I said, Lord, I just give her into your hands. And when I gave her to the Lord in that condition, he gave her back to me.

And when he gave her back to me, she could walk, she could talk, she could go to school, she can drive a car. So, you know, if you’ve got a child, maybe, maybe had a little bit of trouble with maybe they’re a little bit rebellious and you know, we want to hang on to our children and you know, but maybe you can do what I did and just give her to the Lord.

And when you give them to the Lord, I know he’ll, he’ll give them back to you. And I remember a few years after the accident.

Luis Urrego: I hope if you don’t mind for the viewers, I’m showing these pictures of her. I don’t know if you see them there on your end.

Darrell Ward: Okay.

Luis Urrego: This is Jessica. How old is she now?

Darrell Ward: She’s 28 now.

Luis Urrego: She’s 28. Wow.

Darrell Ward: She, she came home. She turned three. The day she came home from the hospital may made the 17, she came home. She turned three on may the 16th.

Luis Urrego: Okay.

Darrell Ward: So

Luis Urrego: beautiful girl. Just just before we continue there, I know you were getting ready to get another part of your testimony, but, were there times brother Darryl, that when she was there in the hospital, were there times that, that you were scared or did that you were.

You know, that, that, that fear may be come upon you. And how did you combat that? If that, if that was the case?

Darrell Ward: Yes. It many, many times, especially when the doctors come and they would give you a negative report, you know, and it’s hard when you’re a parent or even when it’s yourself, you know, and the doctor comes up and says, I’m sorry, your daughter’s never going to walk again or I’m sorry, your daughter’s going to be blind and.

And, and so yeah, this, I would, the, the, the flesh part of me would get scared. this big lump would come up in my throat, you know? And so the doctors, you know, they say, we’re sorry, mr. Ward. And of course they, they knew us. So my wife worked out in host and Valley sold. A lot of the people knew us and, And so when the doctors would leave, I tell Charlotte South and we’ll go to the chapel and I would go down to the chapel and pray, and I get down there and start praying before the Lord, you know, and I’d, I’d come back and tell sure it’s going to be all right.

And I said, well, we’ll stay with the doctors as long as they stay with God’s word. But when they start deviating from God’s word and we’re obligated to stay with God’s word. And so, but yes, there’s a there’s there’s plenty of times, you know, that, that the flesh, gut. Got scared and, you know, and you get, you got discouraged as far as the flesh, but, but, you know, faith don’t move in.

And it was something that the Lord revealed to me that, that she would, she would live. And I just, I just kept that with me. And when I went back to work, some of the people were telling me, you know, that that’s how I knew that they had thought I’d had a nervous breakdown, you know? And, and they said that you just started talking about she’s going to be well, and she’s going to do all this, you know?

And I said, well, the Lord spoke to me, you know? And, and, and when the Lord spoke to me, I just, I knew, I knew that she would live, you know, Yeah. But yeah, when the doctors came in, I have to be honest, you know, when the doctors came and said, you know, she’s going to be blinded, you know, you’d feel that lump come up and you throw, do you get a little bit scared, but I’d go down and pray.

And I come back and say, it’s going to be all right. You know, he said she she’s going to live. She’s going to live. You know? And, and so, but as you can see in the pictures are there, she’s in the car. And, the Lord did wonderful things for us.

Luis Urrego: And she’s, she’s. Just as normal as any other little girl or any other woman her age now is right?

Darrell Ward: Yes. She, she does, Drag her rough just a little bit, but you, you, if, if you, if you didn’t know that you’d never noticed it, I noticed that cause she’s my daughter. You, but they’re really, no, nobody. And you know, I go to the shopping with her sometimes, you know, cause I’m gone a lot. So when I come home and try to spend time with my girls, who knows, so I would take them out and, you know, and, and have a day with them.

And so, you know, anyway, I’ll take Jessica, you know, say, Hey, let’s go shopping. I’ll go shopping with you, you know? And. And so, she she’d buy her something and go up to the counter and the woman would ring it up or whatever, you know, and they’d give her the price and she’d open up a person. And I many, a time I got teary eyed because she had passed her her card or the money to that woman.

And the woman would just reach out and take it, you know? And I’m thinking this lady has no ideal. That she’s, she’s taking money from a miracle, you know, because they told me she would never, she would never be able to do anything like that into an a, a matter of fact, there was a, there was a, people, that was paid for by the state, to help.

Families with blind children. and it was, it was government funded. So they was going to come up to the house and it’s going to teachers raise a blind child. So they called me and they said, mr. Watson, we want to come out to your house and help you with Jessica said, we’re going to show you, you know, how to split her fork in the same place, how to, how to raise a blind child.

And so we’d like to come out in, is it with yesterday? That’d be fine. I said, but Jessica is really seeing well. You know, and she goes, well, that’s nice, mr. Ward. It’s like, she didn’t really believe me, you know? And I said, I said, she saw a bug on her, on the slide yesterday, yesterday, she’s out in the yard playing and there’s a bug landed on her slide.

And she said, it’s a bug daddy, you know? And so, She goes, what did you say? I said, she saw a bug on the slide yesterday. She said, are you serious? I said, yes. Ma’am. I said, I told you, she seemed really good. She said we would still like to come out. I said, sure, come on. So this lady came out to the house and she took Jessica and set it out on the floor and had her to pick up a penny.

And she wrote a ball and Jessica called it and wrote it back to her and stuff like in, and this woman started crying tears coming down her face. And she told me three different times. She said, mr. Ward, She said that you are a blessed man. And I said, yes, ma’am I know I am. I’m a blessed

Luis Urrego: man. Amen. Amen. Well, brother there that, that’s a definitely a powerful testimony and, I, I, you know, that’s something that I’m sure you probably wouldn’t wish to be any parent to anybody to have to go through, but, you know, brother Darrell, I believe God, the Bible says, you know, he doesn’t allow us to be tented more than what we can handle and, and he wouldn’t allow things to be put on us than what we can handle.

And so obviously, Obviously, this was something that as hard as it was, but God couldn’t trust you with this. Do you feel, do you feel that that way, brother, brother, Darryl, or, or how do you feel about that?

Darrell Ward: you know, I guess it goes back to my conversion of when I told the Lord, whatever, whatever door you.

You open all I’ll step into it. I’ll follow, you know? And so, in his wisdom or is, I I’m, I’m not sure. I just know what happened to the family and, and you know, The Lord has brought us through it. And, and I know there’s been, have received testimonies, several, several different testimonies from people that was watching Jessica’s testimony that was healed while they were watching it.

I’ve gave her testimony in many, many different countries that I’ve been into I’ve gave her testimony and get, get calls, get letters, get cards, or people come up and tell me, you know, that they were, they were healed just from, you know, hearing the testimony or. I know one person had a, I was actually in Virginia and I got done preaching.

I left the platform and, and I heard this guy say, can I say something? So I kind of stopped and kind of stepped back up. Cause I just wanna hear what this man said. And so he was telling me, he said, I didn’t realize it. The brother Darrell started telling his testimony, but he said I had a, went to the doctor and he had a, he had some kind of incurable blood disease.

And you said, I came out of the doctor’s office and I was really discouraged and I go to a friend’s house. And when I got there said he was working on a tape cassette that had got stuck in the, in the dash of his car, you know, and he’s trying to get it out and he sits, I said, Hey, let me get it. Let me see if I can get it out for you.

So he said, I sit in our work. And then he said, I got the tape out and said, I told him, he said, since I got asked to Jordan, let me listen to it. And he said, well, yeah, Take it, listen to it, but bring it back. Cause I want to, I want to finish it cause he’s got, there’s a real good testimony on it. And so the brother says, I go home.

He said, I put on this tape of begin to listen to it. And he said, well, I’m listening to it. He said, the spirit, the Lord came on me and I just stood up in my room and raised my hands and started praising the Lord. So he said, he goes back to the doctor. And, and the doctor examining does, the more blood work comes back and says, you’re completely normal.

You’re completely, well, there’s nothing wrong with you. And so he said, I left the doctor’s office. He said, I got so excited. He said, I saw my friend, on the other side of the road, he said, I wouldn’t run a plum across the road and flagged him down and said, the Lord healed me, the Lord seal me. So he, he was given that testimony there.

You don’t need, he sit. I never realized it to brother. Darryl started to that. That was the testimony that I was listening to. So I’ve had that. That one and just several different people has told me the Lord has touched him. So I know the Lord has used it. You know, it certainly not the greatest thing the Lord has ever done.

The Lord has done tremendous things for tremendous people. People ever testimonies a lot greater than that, but for some reason, The Lord has allowed the, her testimony to literally go around the world. I’ll stop with someone not long ago and saying that, that, people in South Africa was listening to it in different places that I, that I’ve heard that people’s heard it.

And I wonder sometimes it may be it doesn’t touch people’s hearts. just because it’s, it’s a little girl, you know, and maybe, maybe that’s why it touches people a little bit more. I don’t, I don’t know, but, but I do know the Lord has used it. he has made the trial a great blessing.

Luis Urrego: Well, brother, Darryl, I think also, and you could correct me if I’m wrong on this, but I also believe it was because it involves family and the family there is.

So it’s a, it’s a, it’s a close knit thing that, that it could happen to any one of us. And I think, I think, Seeing that, that that’s how fragile our life really is. And if the Lord allows things in our life, you know, how are we going to react if allows, allows things like that in our lives, how are we reacting?

And so having seen, you know, you haven’t gone through this and the Lord being able to, Get you and your wife to, you know, to come out of this and Jessica be healed and walk in today. And, I guess it gives people hope, you know, it gives people hope, no matter in what situation they are. I mean, your, your daughter was in the point of I’m in, on the verge of death, but it wasn’t her

Darrell Ward: time.

Right. Right. Yeah. And you talking about the family and it really, yeah. It really brings the reality of how fast your family can change. I mean, here we were on a Tuesday afternoon, my whole family was at Walmart at a clearance sale. And 15 minutes later, 20 minutes later, our lives changed forever. You know,

Luis Urrego: just like anybody, any family around here in the South, you know, Walmart, you know, shopping, grocery, shopping, doing just start normal things.

And then all of a sudden. That’s what happens.

Darrell Ward: Yeah. And you don’t have a thought many times, you know, if he’d have been 30 seconds slower, it’s trying to have been 30 seconds faster because he actually never pulled in front of the train. He stopped, but he stopped too close to the tracks. And when the train went by, it hooked the car and.

But the impact was so great. Jessica had on that little apparel, what shoes? And she came over the seat and busted out the left rear window with her head. So she went flying out of the car. she landed about 60. 60 foot away from the car, maybe 60 yards, 60 foot, I guess it was from the, from the car on the breather that caused the car just exploded when the train, the train hooked, it took it.

And then it kind of kicked loose from the train and up in the air and hit the ground started rolling and it rolled over, several different times. There’s actually a little girl out in the backyard who, whose name happened to be Rachel also, who. And so she was at Glen in the backyard when the train struck the car.

Cause it was in the neighborhood that they lived in. they, they were killed probably no more than 500 yards from where they live at, just, just right down the road. And, and so when the train struck the car, the little girl, you know, heard it, the parents heard it, so they actually saw the car rolling down their yard.

And so they began to scream to their daughter, run, Rachel run, Rachel runs. So the car kinda came to stop, but, When I went to my mama’s that one day I told my wife, so I’m just gonna slip over at mom’s and see it for a few miss. Cause that night, when they brought Jessica to the yard, they had cut her clothes off of them and put them in a bag.

And I had gave them to my mama, said, mama, just take these and hang on to them. And so I went over to my mom’s house and she pulled this bag out and she said, can I ask you something that’s insured? So she pulled out just as a little shoe. And, she said, is this, is this a blood on her shoe? And I looked at it and I said, no, it’s not blood mom’s.

She said, what do you recognize? I said, I don’t know, but it was just like, the whole salad. It had like a real maroon streak on it. And so they was taking the car down to Knoxville. The insurance got new settling out. And so they was going to take the car to Knoxville. So I asked them before they moved it, let me come and look at it and make sure all the personal belongings was out of the car.

And so I went over to where they had the car and when I walked up to the car and of course. You can see it on the video. Okay. When I walked up to the car, just how damaged it was. And I looked into the drivers window, which there wasn’t a window there. It was busted out and all the door was mashed up. And, but on the street, Sikh was this watch street.

And when I saw this watch streak immediately, my mind went back to that shoe. And she left that car so fast, her foot herethen come dragging across the seat. And when it did it, the friction was so great. It took the white of her sandal and lift it in the fabric of the car seat and took the maroon color of the car seat and burn it into the sandal.

I still have the sandal downstairs to this day. And it’s still there. You can rub it and everything, but the, the friction of her leg, her foot coming across that seat, in exchange the colors, mine flat on the car seat and the maroon on sandal. Wow. So they had to let you know the impact that the, the power of the impact, you know, the stripped Gardener’s many more things that, that I could tell by, you know, not, not, not to take up a lot of time, but I know what, when we went back to Cisco, Hospital.

And we came out, well, and of course Jessica was walking, you know, and stuff like that. And so when they saw us like family, we was just there so many days. And so when we come off, the elevator, people said, Oh, Jessica, Jessica, and they come running up and they said, can she see, can she see? So I took my car keys and just pitched them out in the floor.

And I said, Jessica, go get daddy’s keys. And when she went over and picked up those keys, There’ll people like they got the crafted clap and then they were hugging our next. And it was just a very emotional moment when Jessica picked up those keys and they realized that she could see, you know,

Luis Urrego: The shape.

She was able to see a man

Darrell Ward: crazy. I’ve actually got a message I’ve been studying home, picked up the keys. So maybe one day we’ll be able to preach it, but yeah.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Amen. Brother Daryl. I know that you don’t speak much about, regarding, you know, regarding how your wife felt during this time. I mean, I know that you haven’t to deal with this on your own, and then of course you being a husband head of the household and, and of course, you know, you haven’t to be there for your wife as well.

How was that like?

Darrell Ward: Well, of course, you know, Jay Cheryl, she was a real trooper. Bless her heart. You know, she’d lost her daddy. Yeah, she lost her sister and course, Rachel was, she was young and she was just really lacking or, you know, and she spent a lot of time with us. Matter of fact, in that before she was killed, she was at our house and Cheryl was helping her with her homework and stuff like that.

So it was just a real close family. And. And the night of the accident, she was really, she was upset, you know, she’s crying, she was shaking. And she said, I’m going to be sick. I think we’ll, we’ll be sick. So I went and got a garbage can and brought it close to her, you know? And she was crying, you know?

And she said, I don’t understand that. Why, why does this happen? Happened to us? She said, you said, you’re gone all the time. You’re preaching. You’re never at home. And why, why would this happen to us? And I just grabbed her hands. That’s the show, honey? I said, I don’t know. I don’t know. I said, but you know, sometimes God don’t ask us to, to understand you just ask us to trust him, you know?

And, and then, the, actually those words is like going in, like, wow, where did that come from? You know? But it actually brought comfort to her and brought comfort to myself, you know? And that’s true sometimes, you know, God don’t ask us to understand you just. Or does ask us to understand he just ask us to trust.

And can you trust that? According to Romans eight 28, that all things work to the good. Can you trust that promise of my word? Even when it looks like everything is going wrong and nothing is working out, right. Can you trust me? You know, I don’t understand why there’s this happening. Well, you don’t have to understand, but can you trust me that this is for your good, and you’re going to be a better Christian.

You will be a better service. It will be a better husband will be a better wife because of what you’re going through with, or what you’re experiencing right now. And so it’s really trust. It’s a, it’s a trust, you know, and, and, and love produces trust, you know? Yes. But she was a real trooper through the whole thing.

And of course being a registered nurse and she would stay right there beside her and, I know one time I’ll share this, particular day, Jessica couldn’t swallow. And because she couldn’t swallow, Shalonda would run out of her mouth. And so it kept her hair wet and her, her pillow was where did she actually got a little rash on her face because you know, we’ve tried to, you try to dry it and you just a few minutes, it’d be wet again.

And, and so this particular day, Cheryl was, she was kinda down and. And it was getting towards GM at about six o’clock. I said, honey, I said, why don’t you go home, get some rest? And I said, I’ll, I’ll stay right here with her. You know, if there’s any change, I’ll let you know. And she said, well, maybe I will. I said, sure.

And I said, go home just rest and not just go home, get you a good night’s sleep because we were staying at the hospital 24 seven and I said, just go home. And, and, And get some rest in that she said, well, we will be asked at all, I’ll call you. You know, if there’s any change. Well, about just around midnight, they came in.

Cause I told you Jessica had pneumonia. So they would come in. And of course she was intubated, so they would stick it to bend in there, you know, and stuck it out and stuff like that. And so then when she got out of off the ventilators, you still had some of the pneumonia, so they would give her breathing treatments.

So he was coming in and giving her a treatment. And so. just, just before midnight, it was just, just a short time, just a few seconds. If you will. before midnight they were, they were in there getting ready to start a breathing treatment and Jessica goes, she just goes like that and she starts swallowing and.

It’s so hot. We’re just so happy. I mean, you know, you thought you take so much for granted, but you know, you would not believe the joy that comes to your heart when your baby starts swallowing, especially when she couldn’t, you know, so the next morning, Cheryl called me and, you know, she said, how’s she doing us at all, honey, she’s doing better.

I said, she started swallowing last night. And when I told her that she’ll start. Yeah. I said, what’s the matter? She said, well, I guess you could tell I was down last night. And I said, yes. And I seen that you were, and she said, well, I’ve been praying and asked the Lord to let her to let her swallow before midnight.

And she said it. It, it looked like it wasn’t going to happen. And I was discouraged, you know, but God, others were Prairie just before he allowed Jessica start swallowing. You know? So just, just little things after that ever every day, you know, she, she started doing something, it was, yeah, it’s kind of slow at first, but then once it started, it was just boom, boom, boom, boom.

Everything started happening, you know, and, and. And so she, the Lord gave us back to us. I was just going to tell you earlier than there that I’d run into brother Louie Blevins of song leader, that happy Valley. And he run a little Debbie. Right. You know, and he said, come out of the truck and I’ve got some little Debbie cakes I’ll give, give a, because I, at that time, Alison was more than my youngest one.

So we had two children in, Jessica, Alison. So I’ve got some cakes for the kids. So I went out there and he was giving me these cakes for the, for the kids. And he’s listening to a tape and, and brother Brown said something like this about. Amiram and Yosef bell and brother Brown said that when the Yoast Abed gave Moses to God, then God gave Moses back to Yosef Bayer.

And when he said that, just, something just spoke to my heart and said, because you gave me Jessica, I gave Jessica back to you.

Luis Urrego: Amen.

Darrell Ward: Amen.

Luis Urrego: That’s beautiful brother. Daryl. It’s a wonderful testimony at that. You, you, you learn, there’s so many lessons there to learn from that, from your experience brother, Darryl.

And so, I just appreciate you sharing that with us and, and throughout the years, I dunno. And like you said, people. Have been healed by even listening to this testimony, as you mentioned earlier. So God has had a purpose for it and a multipurpose hour, I would know. And it, and it’s for, it was for his glory.

That’s all we, we were more concerned about and God gets the glory out of it. brother, brother, Darrell, just before we continue, we have here still several people listening, but let me, let me change this view here. So you want, yeah, brother Marcello, the same brother that greeted us while ago.

He said I wanted to let you know better yet. Testify brother Darrell. You were in Tennessee. Yeah, brother. Joseph’s in the hotel preaching and I asked you to. Pray for me, actually, you were preaching about miracles and testimonies. Well, after you prayed for me, I did not feel any different, but I just believed the Lord.

And you, because you told me that I was healed a month or so later, I had an appointment with a doctor. My blood pressure was better than a young person. So he says Gloria. Amen. And he says, please, please pray for my wife. Doctor says she has arthritis. Please pray for her. She is with me right now. So they are right now listening less than, and together we were just thank God by the Marcy for, touching your, there from that high blood pressure.

And we believe that the same guy that touched your high blood pressure will heal your wife. If from the arthritis as well has already healed her. What do you have to say about

Darrell Ward: that brother? Daryl? Yes, sir, by his stripes live stripes, we’re healed, we’re healed past dance. It’s it’s a finished work. And you was talking about learning things through, through the testimony and through the, I actually learned so much from Jessica.

I learned, just how precious childlike faith is to simply believe God, because that’s all he ever said. He never said, when you get a hundred dollars come and see me, I’ll heal you. you never say when you read the whole Bible all the way from Genesis to revelations, I’ll heal you. But he said, if house can believe only.

Believe that that’s the only requirement he ever made was just to believe. And it’s just that simple childlike faith to take God his word. And I think one thing about the brother of our Saint, he felt no different, you know, but a month later and you know, Burnham says this about healing. And I think a lot of times people get discouraged because if you pray for them and it doesn’t happen immediately, they think they didn’t get it.

But, but brother, Brendan, there’s a wonderful quote. That brother Brenham says, that, that he said that they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. But he never said when. And he said a lot of times the devil most to make you think that as soon as you prayed for that cricket arms and straightened out, or that crippled leg, it should be healed immediately.

But the Bible doesn’t say that. They said by straps you’re healed, but he didn’t say when. And sometimes there’s doing a miracle and a healer. The miracle is that faith just comes up and grabs it. And boom, it happens like that blinded eyes come open or, or the hip goes back into place that that’s a miracle, but healing is a it’s a day by day process.

It’s sometimes it’s a slow process. Sometimes it takes years, but. but if you can believe and confess your body will obey your, your confession, you know? And so that’s a wonderful quote there. And I called her several times when, along the lines of preaching about healing, that, that were well said that, you know, that he said that.

You lay hands will shake to shall recover. But he never said when and just be found believer. And I think that’s so important is to be found believing and what a sad thing would be if you believe for months and months and months, while you’re healing and then, and then give up. And that would be the very day that God was going to.

Come by. Cause if you remember Broadbent talked about the two sisters in Chicago, I think one of them had a Gorder and the other one had stomach trouble and they come to the, and Wellborn pronounced on both healed, but it was actually weeks and weeks later that brother Brendan said that even the, one of the sisters that husbands told her said, don’t want you to quit testifying because you’re no better.

But she said, she said, honey said, so that man told me where I come from. He didn’t, he didn’t have no idea. And yet he told me he didn’t know my name. And yet he told me my name. He didn’t know I was roaming yet. He told me what was wrong with me. And if he knew all those things without ever knowing me, and he said, I was healed, she said that I’m going to keep testifying of it.

And so one day she got up to eat her breakfast or her boy went to school, didn’t finish his food. And so she started eating the toast and the oatmeal. And the food stay down. She didn’t get sick. So she got excited, ran up to the street when she got up straight, though, the woman that had the Gorder just lived up the street from her.

And when she got into to the door and got ready to knock on the door, she heard the woman screaming. So she went rushing in and she said the woman was shaking. The sheets, looking for the Gorder and brother bene made the statement. He said what? It was the angel of the Lord passed through the neighborhood that morning, confirming the blessing.

And so, you know, a lot of times it, sometimes it takes months with Jessica, you know, her, it wasn’t an instant, it wasn’t an instant, you know, one day she, the next day she was walking, it was a process of time. But, you know, they called it her a miracle, you know, but it was actually the Lord, just, it was just his healer, taking him at his word, brought the, brought the results.

But I have seen maintenance like in Nicaragua when you’re out. I don’t, it wasn’t a year. You was there. It was, I think it was 2013 maybe or 2012. we had, we had, count beaten up at, Oh, I can’t think of where it’s at now. Skylark. It was a place called Skylark. And, we, was in, it was like in a room, was having a meeting inside.

And so we had a prayer line that night and I was tearing a piece of the handkerchiefs off and giving it to the kids. And I said, when the Lord heals you, you give this to your pastor, tell him to send it back to brother Mike Siebert. To give to me for a, for a witness of what the Lord did for you. So I was tearing off pieces of handkerchief, given it to him.

And before the prior line was over, the kids that was in the front of the line had went around down and came back and was giving me pieces of the Anchorage of back Lord Salem right there that night. And so we’ve, we’ve seen, we’ve seen the Lord we’ll do that. I know a man was being over there in Nicaragua when you’re at Skylark.

This was another year. Yeah, I guess he was a brick layer. He had, he blowed out the disc in his back and he was. He was bent over. He was in a lot of pain and he passed through the prayer line. And when he got to the end of it, he was standing straight up and he just, he just shouted the place down. Is that a word?

The Lord, just shielding of the prayer lines. So, you know, sometimes it’s, sometimes it’s instantly. sometimes it may be much, but just be found believing when the angel comes to confirm the blessing is the way, you know,

Luis Urrego: well, either way, either way, whether it’s months, like you said, brother Darrell, or whether it’s instantly, it’s still God’s healing.

God is the only one that, that regenerates cells, because that is life. And so our life comes from God. So whether, whether it takes months or whether God is using a man Edison or, or herb or something like that to heal you, it’s him doing it the whole time. And so it’s nice brother Darrell, to be able to see miracles instantly.

I’m sure you would have loved to seen, Jessica just get up from the bed instantly and every single thing. But that’s, you know, every single thing be, be right again on her body, but that’s not what God had for, for, for it to happen.

Darrell Ward: But, you know, I think, I think if it, I think it molds a greater character.

But dealing with it day in day, push and Satan off everyday pushed me back. Cause the Bible says resist, the devil he’ll flee from you, you know? And he said, or she can’t walk and you shut off. She starts walking. Okay. She ain’t gonna be able to talk. So you push him off and she starts talking, you know, and it just keeps building your faith and building your faith.

Nathan. And I think, I think when it’s, when you go through that Valley and it’s, it’s a, it’s a length of time. I think it molds a character in you better than, than if it would have been a miracle. Would it have been miracle would have been great. Absolutely would have been great. But I think the, the, the learning about faith at childlike phase, some of those things that I learned by going through that experience, to me.

w I think, I think it made me a better Christian, whereas if I had just seen a miracle, if that makes sense. Yeah. It taught me to wait. It taught me patience. It taught me to wait on the promise. It, it, it told me what faith was and I’m standing on the rock. And just, just so many things that we experienced going through that, you know, and, and the things Jessica taught me, it was just a little girl seeing that child, like faith, believe in daddy, because daddy’s daddy said, she’d see again, she’s going to see.

Because daddy said so, you know, and, and, those things just to see my wife or Saturday, they’d pray and, and, and, calling out to the Lord and the Lord, speak to her a scriptures, you open up the Bible and it says with God, nothing shall be impossible. You know, just, just different things that when we needed him the most, he would give us a scripture or somebody would call or somebody would come by, or just a, it was just a.

Just such a learning process. It’s such a great time to be able to see, how God would come in when you got weary. I mean, 67 days in the hospital, you get weird, you get tired and I’m sure when you needed God, the most, he would just come and just do something so wonderful for you. You know, it just, Speak to you through his word.

And sometimes he would just be praying he to give you a scripture, you know, and you’d open it up and it’d be just what you needed for that moment, you know, for, with God, nothing shall be impossible. It just does things when we needed him the most, you know? Yeah.

Luis Urrego: I think brother Darrell that, for example, in the day that we live in, in, you know, with all this COVID stuff and, you, you just recently got, got where.

You had the COVID and you’re still trying to recover, but, know you almost wonder. And I think that’s the same thing with people today, brother Darrell, is that people wonder, well, why, why this? Or, you know, when the, in the, in the way society is now and how things are changing so quick and you always, and the only thing you can do, I says, Lord, why?

You know why, but God knows it. Exactly. Wow. Why we need it. why or why, why we need for these things to happen. And like I said earlier, it’s for the molding of our character, that the broad needs to get dressed, prepared with, with the word she’s dressing herself with the word. And I think those things just like your experience, pushes you to draw closer to him.

Darrell Ward: Yes. Yeah. I believe that also, To draw closer to him. I know just our church going through the, the COVID here at several people in church and us not being able to have service, you know, just shut the services down and do a lot of stream. And the people not being able to gather their stuff together yet, we’re, we’re closer together than we’ve ever been.

Even even more so than if you’re just shaking their hand, they’re at church because praying more for one another and seek, and God, you know, on behalf of your brother. So I think you’re right. It, God allows these things to come and into our lives and stuff, and it makes us better. Christians mixes draw closer to him.

Luis Urrego: Okay, well, they’re all I think I lost you there. I think my internet on my end, it was kind of slowing down. I’m not sure if you get to hear what I, what I was asking you earlier.

Darrell Ward: NOLA, I lost you there. But, so I started talking. I started to, I hope I didn’t talk over you, but I just started talking

Luis Urrego: it wasn’t here in you at all.

It, my, my, my, my screen was here spinning.

Darrell Ward: Well, that’s too bad. Cause I really said something great.

I

Luis Urrego: don’t know if you could repeat it.

Darrell Ward: Okay. I was just saying, you know that with the COVID, you know, he’s talking about how these things come, that that actually causes us to draw closer to the Lord. And a lot of times God will Cindy’s things. Cause, cause you know, people are all in is probably the weakest link of anybody’s.

If the device, Christian walk is probably their prayer life, you know? And, and so these things that come into our life and it actually causes you to seek God and to pray more. And I was saying, what I was saying was that, that with the, several folks in the church, having the coven at one time, we had to shut the services down just to shut it down for two weeks.

And, Just kind of little things settled down. And so during that time we wasn’t able to have churches. Definitely it. So we just started having prayer meetings, you know, everybody praying in their own home and we’d say, all right, at seven o’clock, everybody that can pray with you and we’ll start praying for the needs.

So I was telling the people at church that are not, when I was speaking, you know, I said, you know, we, we’ve not been able to get ourselves together. you know, because what, what we’re actually doing now is half the church meets on one service and then. The other half meets the next time, you know, because we’re not able to, all of us come together, just trying to, trying to keep the, the Kogut out of churches much, much as possible.

But I was telling the people, you know, as far as physically seeing each other, there, there’s some people that I go that I go to church with. I I’ve not seen in months because I’m with one the group and they’re with the other group or whatever. Yeah. But I was telling them, even though we’re, we’ve been apart, we’re actually closer to them together than we’ve ever been, because we’ve pray more for one another.

Picking up the phone calling one another, checking on one another. So it’s something how Satan said, all right, I’m going to send this virus and we’ll shut these churches down. But what he don’t realize, God’s always got a counter budge. And so the people just started praying more seeking more. So actually I feel closer to the people at church than I ever have before, even though we’ve not been able to see each other as much, you know?

And so it’s funny how, what Satan will, will bring as a bad thing. God always turns it around and works it to the good for his people, which is what he said he would do in Romans eight 28, you know,

Luis Urrego: Right. I think brother Darrell. And it’s interesting that you bring that point up regarding, you know, you feel in closer to the people because you’re having to call them now you’re maybe, maybe online and chatting with them, maybe more and things like that.

And it. I think God loves to take us out of our routine. And, and I, I feel that this, the COVID in this situation that the world finds itself in right now, as I said earlier, I believe God is doing it mainly. He’s more concerned about fulfilling his word in, in his, in his little broad here on earth. But it’s to get us out of our comfort zone.

So it’s almost like that story that brother Brandon told about the little Eagle, the Eagle it’s in the nest and, and how God and how mama Eagle at some point in time, they were there on top of those top of those skins. But at some point in time that mama Eagle has to rip out that skin. And, and, and now they’re gonna have, I have to take faith to be able to get off that nest.

And I mean, what, what do you feel? Do you feel that that’s what’s happening in this hour?

Darrell Ward: Yeah, I think is some of it, you know, it’s, it’s multi-facet of course, you know, God’s working on all things, but he, they’re definitely the, I believe that’s a part of it to get us out of a conversation. Cause you know, when the Bible says there, before they left Egypt, you know, that there was one who raised up on the throne who didn’t know Joseph, you know, and made their lives bitter with bondage and, and no doubt, you know, when everything was going good.

And Joseph, you know, the people was worshiping when he come riding down the street here comes Joseph, you know, and all. And, and the neurology that, that went with it because of, of what he was able to tell the King and during the times of the famines and those things. And then there was one that raised up all of a sudden who didn’t really care what Joseph did or didn’t do or whatever, you know?

And, and so you can see that just before the Exodus, he made their lives begin to get uncomfortable and they began to, and if you remember, Beretta talked about Amram and Yosef bed and how that he would come in and his back was beaten and he would go up on the rooftop and pray for the deliverer. You know, because he shouldn’t honey, you, they don’t have the young men today and how they beat them.

He said, I’ve got to go pray. Okay. I’ve got to remind the God of his promise, you know? And so it was during those times that that, that they begin to cry. And when God came to Moses, I mean, that’s what he said. I have heard the cry of my children and I’m coming down. So y’all no doubt. We’re seeing the same thing, because it’s an Exodus, you know, the first Exodus, the third Exodus, we see the same thing, a prophet with a pillar of fire, with a message coming out and going into, you know, it’s, it’s all, we redemptions two parts going out and going, coming out of that and going into, and so, you know, I think, I think that’s true, you know, and, and, and you can already see, I was in Poland there at Warsaw, I believe it was worse.

All Wars that there, where they had the, concentration camp, well they were the Jews. And so I was looking at some of the things there and they had some videos and stuff and you could almost see the same pattern. And I was, I thought, well, the things that they were doing, how they slowly turned against the Jews and then got to the point that they actually hated them, that they didn’t even bother him to exterminate them.

And you can see that same principle. here in America now we’re, you know, they’re starting to attack Christianity and more maturity on statues and won’t the burn, the Bibles. And so you start to see the same thing, you know, of course what the broad we know she don’t go through tribulation. Thank God.

You know, we’re, we’re raptured out of here, but yet we know the church does go through tribulation. And so you see these things and you can see the pattern of it. So, yeah, I think it’s definitely going home time. I think some of the things we’re seeing, you know, Is his pre tribulation period to me, you know, that’s just my, my humble opinion, but I, I think that’s what we’re seeing, you

Luis Urrego: know?

Yeah. Yeah. It’s definitely a time for us to hone in, to hone in and to, and to draw, look up because as the word says, our redemption is drawing. and, like you said, brother, Darryl is definitely, we’re seeing an attack on Christianity, like never before. and they are, just a few weeks ago they were saying how, you know, About about Jesus and how taken down paintings and taken down pictures of Jesus.

so, it’s, it’s, it’s, it’s definitely a spirit and attack on Christianity, but,

Darrell Ward: But

Luis Urrego: the Lord said, and, Jesus Christ said, and Matthew don’t fear because, he’s has over, already come or overcome the world. And so we’re overcomers with him. So, what a promise and what a, what, a thing that we can put our confidence in and this our saying, yes, Harold, do you remember this brother right here?

I don’t know if you can see that picture.

Darrell Ward: I can’t see it. Is it the brother from Costa Rica?

Luis Urrego: No, it’s a brother from, from Honduras brother, Eric, Eric. Gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. He’s a pastor there in Honduras. He says, Louise, tell brother Daryl. He is welcome to come to Honduras.

Darrell Ward: Hey man, I enjoyed Honduras. I was there a few year ago, preached there and brother raised shirts and really enjoyed being there with the people, humble people, you know, you know, berberine spoke about Spanish people.

He said that he said that originally gutter healer, that they was willing to eat the crumbs.

Luis Urrego: Yeah. Oh my

Darrell Ward: wow. You know, just to humble and, and, and I find that among the Spanish people, there are Nicaragua where you’ve been to Nicaragua with us and you’ve, you’ve seen it, you know, and just, just a humble humbleness, you know, always it’s a real honor for me to go into those countries and, and see what the Lord can do for the people there, you know?

LA, I love the people down in new part of the country.

Luis Urrego: Oh yeah. Yeah. I’ve, I’ve been there now, visited them work with brother, brother, Eric. There who’s a pastor there in Honduras and, just a wonderful brother and, and those people there, like you said, they’re there, they’re just wonderful people.

And they, they, they just, you know, what I admire the most for the Daryl is just there they’re zeal for, for, for souls there’s zeal for, and these are young people, These are young brothers. I mean, you know where, like, for example, like brother Allen, some of these brothers, they’re just, they’re just young ministers and, they just have a heart for the people at traveling 10, 15 hours get up in the mountains, preaching to Indian tribes and things like that.

And some of us, you know, it just puts me, it puts me to shame. I feel ashamed, you know, being, you know, because sometimes we just get so lax and so comfortable. And I think that we’re in the will of God sometimes. And, and, and, and these brothers, they just give it all they have at such a young age.

Darrell Ward: Yeah, that’s true.

That’s very true. Yeah. I’ve been up in the mountains with some of them guys preaching, you know, and it’s not easy up here. It’s not easy sleeping, sleeping on a door with a, with the sleeping bag and no, and then you see the people come from everywhere and some of the sisters don’t have shoes and they come in there and it just, it just makes you want to do everything you can while they’re there.

I remember this one woman came into a prayer line up at the Qilombo Bay in Nicaragua and, Should I forget how far this woman had walked to get there. And she said she had leprosy, but it really, to me, it looked like diabetic ulcers on her legs, but anyway, her legs was just open sores and stuff, and she walked with her legs and that condition just to be prayed for, you know, and it’s very, just very humbles.

You, you know, it just makes you want to pray with every ounce of energy and faith that you have, you know, when you see someone that would walk that far, just to get you to pray for them, you know, Yeah, it’s very touching. Yeah. But yeah. Good people done that, that part of the country, you know?

Luis Urrego: Yeah. Yeah. I remember the, that one time when we were in Eloqua, when we were all there together up in Eloqua and, and the, the.

There was several, a church there that actually came in from a long way, just to be able to be in those things, meetings up there. And, one of the things I remember, they would always come up after I had ministered there, one, one of those services and one of the, the things that they had always, they would always come, is that pray for me, cause I want to.

Draw closer to God. And, and that right there, that right there just lets me know, Hey, God’s doing a work in your life. You wouldn’t come up here. If God wasn’t already doing a work in your life because the Bible says that it’s him, that draws and you can’t come to God unless he draws. So,

Darrell Ward: yup. I was preaching up in Eloqua one time when we was in the hotel there and they had set up, there was young peoples.

To top meeting and they had the bars on the windows. Of course, you know, and out on the open street was just right there. And me and brother Sandy beach was actually interrupting for me and we preached a little message. I’ve used it several different places for the sake of one, what God would be willing to do for one soul.

And I’ll just never forget. that not that the people on the street had stopped and was listening to the, to the word. And when we went to praying for the people and stuff, I’ll just never forget they was reaching through the bars of that window. Want me to pray for them? You know, and I think that that not there’s a couple of people actually came up to the older from the outside that had been drinking and it was just wanting to repent and give the hearts of the Lord.

And. Just, you just never forget those things. And I remember praying for this one, man in the older they had just come in, he wasn’t a part of the meet and he’d just come in off the street and came to the alter and we was praying with him. And then the next morning when we was leaving Eloqua, heading on over to Keelan Bay or up to Keelan Bay, rather, a member pass them by store.

They had gas and he was standing out there in front of that. And I’ll just never forget. I felt there was the man I saw at the older last night. It was just a very touching moment for me. Just to see him there, you know?

Luis Urrego: Yeah. And you definitely, we, you you’ve and some things, and, I, I encourage anybody who has the opportunity to do any sort of mission work.

it, it’s an experience. Definitely lets you see things differently and, and and gets you out of your comfort zone for sure. but you know what brother, Darryl Paul said, Paul said that I became one of them that I may win them.

Darrell Ward: Right. That’s right.

Luis Urrego: And so I think that’s something that we must be willing to do if you really care about souls and about helping somebody spiritually, you gotta be prepared to become one of them eat like them.

even sometimes live, live like them. that you may be able to win them for Christ. What do you, what do you think of that

Darrell Ward: Keelan Bay? And we went to the service and came back and how it got this brother, brother, Sandy. It was gala. Get this brother to get this. The chicken off of my bed. Here’s a ticket on my bed. When I came back, you know, a lot of chicken, I love chicken, a lot, a lot of chicken. Yeah. I had found him a place to rest or on my sleeping bag, you know, just, just good memories.

You know, you see stuff like that, you know, he’s just, just good times, the hard times, you know, I forget how many days we actually, one day walked down to this little place to get a bath, you know, but we was just using the laps, you know, to, to take a bath and, and we had took some water. And on the way up there, we’d hit a bump in the water that we had had bumped against something and poked a hole with it.

So by the time we got there, the water that we had to drink while we were there, about half of it was gone, you know, and, and I had found a bottle of water that I had drunk just about half of it. And that’s what I used the whole week was that half a bottle of water to brush my teeth with, you know, because it just, wasn’t no running water, no electricity.

And. You know, come six o’clock at night, it was pitch black, dark and everything you’ve done. You’re done with the flashlight and, you know, but, but you never forget those things. you know, I’ve been a lot of places, but those places are dear to me because it, you know, you, like you said, you got down there to where the people lived in and come out of the mountains with a deeper experience with the Lord, you know, and to see, you know, I remember one time I thought.

I thought, Lord, why am I even here? I mean, we’re up on top of this mountain and it was just dirt roads and all I thought, Hey, and he come church down. The people came from, where did they come from? They just came from everywhere. Women walking in, carrying their babies. No doubt had walked for hours carrying their baby.

Just to come to church, you know? And, and then when you see that, it just makes you want to give every ounce of energy that you have to, to help those people. And I remember one time this woman stood up, it was the last service was getting ready to leave and she was speaking, you know, of course I don’t speak Spanish just to understand a few words.

And so this brother said, brother, Darryl, do you understand what she’s saying? And I said, no, I don’t understand what you’re saying. So she’s talking about you. And I says, she’s talking about me. And he said, yes, that she’s saying that. I love brother Darrell for leaving the comfort of his home and coming up here in the mountain to bring us to the word and that’ll go, just, just her saying that made the hardness in the, of that whole trip.

It just made it all disappear, you know, but like I said, I remember one day we walked down to a. To the bottom of the shield, they have some water, then I have to take a bath, you know, and just to be able to get a bath. And, and then by the time we got back up to the Hill, we was wet with sweat. You know, the, the bath was, it was already ruined, you know, but just good memories of being there in that country, you know?

Luis Urrego: Well, Darrell, can you tell us, I don’t know if you feel Kate to share that. I remember you sharing with us a story regarding a, I think there was a bat in your room. In one of the places where, where, where you went or you think you thought you saw a bat or something? I think our viewers with, with

Darrell Ward: problems, I believe it was actually both of them actually, but over in, in the, we, we lead that, that back got after him.

I think it bit him on the arm, but yeah, that was brother. But what I will share this with you is. when I was up at Bay, there was a spider. I mean, this, this thing was as big as my hand and it was right there on the wall, you know, so go to bed at night and I took that flashlight and shot it. And that spider was right there, went out and preached, come back.

The next day spotter was right there. You know, it’s a lot, I nicknamed him McAldy Maki after my brother-in-law it’s started all this Maki, you know? And so I was laying in bed and I’d say, alright, Maki still there, you know, Couple of days, I was letting everyone not, and I shot him the letter and that spotter was going, I never slept the rest of the night,

man. That thing was huge. And I was in the Haiti one time preaching, and that was in a tent. It was about 11 months after the earthquake. The place was totally devastated and we was actually sleeping in a tent to preach, to preach the gospel to these people. And no, because once again, no electricity and only latch Lachy had was a flashlight.

While I was laying in a sleeping bag, we did actually have a cart. We was laying on the cart and, and of course, it was just brothers there in the tent. So I would, I took my shirt was just so hot and Haiti, you know, we just sleeping without a shirt on. And so I woke up in the middle of the night and I felt this something crawling on my chest.

And right before it went to sleep, there was a huge spider on the outside of the tent. You could just see it on the outside. Well, I woke up in the middle of the night. I could feel this, this thing crawling on my chest and I go, Oh no, please don’t let it be that spider I’m fixing to tear this down. You know?

And so I was laying there and with every ounce of strength that I could, that I could get the courage I reached over. Do they edge of the, on the floor of that dirt floor there and picked up the flashlight that I had and turned it on to see what it was on my chest and what it was, was sweat. I was sweating and it was running now.

It was just a slow run and it felt like something crawling on me, you know, but I’ll just never get that out. I thought it was that spider and it was just sweat. It just, it was just so hot, you know, good memories, but. But talk about brother match beat. We was at that meekness Skylark at time, and I preached a message on, let us run, man.

The spirit of Lord hit brother Mike Siebert. He ripped up out of that chair. He was running I’ve. I’ve never seen a young man run as fast as he ran and ran all the way up. And he just left, just left the camp. And after awhile he come walk them back down the other side, but spirit Lord had got ahold of him.

So just wonderful times in the Lord. God certainly good to us at the.

but you know, that’s the thing with the Lord. His promises are true. The things he said he will do, he will do. And we can put our confidence in him, but just to see how the Lord can move upon people and minister to them, you know, but

Luis Urrego: amen, amen. This is some wonderful things and we learn from those experiences and, so it’s just wonderful to the viewers that our viewers still dealing with us.

We thank you. We appreciate it again. We have brother Darrell award, with us and, from. From Tennessee Johnson, city, Tennessee. and, so if anybody has any comments or any questions or anything as such, you know, you’re more than welcome to chime in. You can, you can, You know, typing your, your comment and, or your greeting to brother, brother Darrell.

I’m sure he would, he would enjoy reading it, but, but they’re all, I’m sorry on that last second on that little last segment there, again, my connection, something happened to my router today here at home and it, and. And now it’s just, I’m just getting these delays. So I apologize that I missed that last thing you said, but I’m not going to make you repeat it.

I’m sure that the listeners, they were able to hear it on their end. So, but, but Darryl, I’m just right before we get, we, we finish up here. maybe not, 10, 15 more minutes. what do you, what do you, what do you, Well, let me ask you this. How how’s Jessica now? How, how, how is she and what is her thoughts regarding, you know, the experience that she had back back then?

And I know that she doesn’t remember it, like you said earlier, it’s mainly what you and your wife have told her, but how does she feel about it overall?

Darrell Ward: Well, you know, Jessica’s, she’s kind of a quiet and, Kind of bashful, you know, so she really, she really doesn’t, When you, when we go to talk about it and stuff like edit of, kind of bothers her because she doesn’t want to be like in the spotlight, if you will.

I was trying to think of the right words to use, but I guess she doesn’t, she doesn’t like the attention that she gets, but, but I know in her heart, you know, she’s, she’s grateful and, Well, the other, the other map where the Don, who was preaching at church a Wednesday night, and he said, the Lord has spoke to him, a message, you know, that, would you, would you lend your body for a miracle?

You know? And so, and how that he was thinking about that, you know, how would you be willing for God to use you for a miracle that he could get the glory for it, you know, for a healer in. So I leaned over and told Jessica, I said, I said that, that that’s you, Jessica is talking about you, you know, you, your body was used for a miracle, you know, and.

But, you know, she loves the Lord. She goes to church, never gave me one ounce of trouble in her life. And she eight year old and just, he’s been baptized. I baptized her, myself in the name of the Lord Jesus. And so, but most of all, you know, she, She knows that the story needs to be told. She knows that lives have been touched, but it does make her a little bit comfortable.

And, and one particular Tom, I was in service and Jessica was there and I knew it kind of bothered her for me to mention it, you know? And so they come up and just decided what came to my mind. So I said, I said there was just a girl and I told the whole story, but I never said it was Jessica. I just said there was this girl and her father, and I told the story, you know, about what she went through and all that.

And when I got, when I got done, I said, you say, how do you know so much about that? I said, because I’m the man and they’re sets the girl. And when I said that this place exploded people starting, crying, screaming, people ran to the older and stuff. It was very, it was very charged, you know? And then when we, we left to go home that day, my wife said, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it.

And I said, I don’t think I have either just where people’s faith when they realized that that. That miracle that I was talking about with setting and that assembly, it just ignited their faith. They just ran to the alter and stuff.

Luis Urrego: Mine get

Darrell Ward: very, very emotional. So yeah, she she’s a good girl in the lecture.

She never gave me no trouble and, and she knows what the Lord done for one, one time. And I, that now tell this, and I know peoples’ heard me tell it before, but, she’s about six year old and that was, I was sitting in the kitchen at the kitchen table and I’ll study in Genesis 24. I’ll never forget the chapter.

I was looking at Genesis 24 and studying a little bit and she came through the house and, you know, had to put a feeding tube in her. So she’s. She’s got a score right above her belly button with a feed tube. Isn’t it, it looks like an extra belly button. In fact, when she was young, I told her she’s special because she had two belly buttons, you know?

And so she came to the house one day and she said, daddy said, when’s this scar going to go away? And I said, well, honey, we’ll be there for a while, but it’ll be all right in depth. So, but that is all she needed to hear, you know? And so she went on through the house, I got to thinking, and I said, Lord, you know, I said, you could take that scar from her belly.

And I said, you have done so much for her. It would be a stand for me to doubt that you could do that. I said, I know that you could take that scar from her in that, that one feeling that I told you about earlier came over me and I just laid my head down on the table and he seemed like forever. And I just laid there, but probably only two or three minutes, but I just laid there on the table and.

All of a sudden, I felt this warm feeling, come over me again and said, I could take the score from her. But I left it so that every time you see it, it’ll remind you of where I brought it from. And so I got to thinking about that, you know, and I think that’s, I think that’s true that sometimes the scars in our life or things, you know, that we maybe done when we was a sinner that God don’t remember, but yet it’s still in our mind or something.

And I wonder sometimes if those things are not left so that we can look back and see where God brought us from, you know,

Luis Urrego: your man. Yeah. Well, I’m thinking about the Lord Jesus Christ, nail scarred hands and where he’s still from my understanding. He still will have them. And that’s just the 10th, the Testament of what he did, where he conquered death hell and the grave.

And, so, I believe God is in those. In those scars.

Darrell Ward: Well, you know, brother bran said there a couple of times that we would sit at that table across the table from battle score warriors, you know, our battle scarred saints. And I preached on at one time, you know, that the church would be without spot or wrinkle, but he never said she wouldn’t be without scars.

And I think some of those things, like you said, I think they remind us, you know, That he though the scars in his hands were reminded that we belong to him. You know, bourbon said when they was driving those nails in his hands, that was writing your name there.

Luis Urrego: Oh yeah.

Darrell Ward: Your name is engraved in the palms of his hands, you know, so.

Great thing.

Luis Urrego: And that’s how we will know him by the nails and the nail scarred hands as the song, his sister Fanny. Yeah. They’re are a Testament to what he did for us and, and, and what he and the, and the devil that he’s conquered.

and we’re just as much conquers with him, so we appreciate each and every one of you brother Darrell, just right before we, we finish it here.

Let, let me just, let me just, let’s just greet, Brother  he says kill and bays, even for you brother.

Darrell Ward: Hey man.

Luis Urrego: I’m assuming it’s a brother from there. So, God bless you brother. Somewhere. They live in  it’s it’s good to have you here with us. We went to .

Darrell Ward: Well, the Samuel went with us up to Keela Bay.

There he goes up there. Yeah.

Luis Urrego: Yeah. Okay. I think that’s brother Samuel, Samuel. The one from Nicaragua. Well, I mean the one, the one in, in, in Managua.

Darrell Ward: Yeah, the pictures will smart. Can’t see. But I’m sure that’s who that is, but we all, that’s one of the things you know about this Keelan Bay, you know,

Luis Urrego: that’s, that’s the brother that plays the instruments, right?

Yeah. That’s brother, brother. Yeah. Yeah.

Darrell Ward: Well, my phone is about 8%, so if it dies that that’s what happens if I go black screen at my phone. So

Luis Urrego: what brother? Daryl. Let’s let’s let’s finish it up, but brother Marcello, he asked if we could, if we could, if you could pray for his, his wife regarding the, the, arthritis.

So maybe we could go ahead and have that word of prayer right now.

Darrell Ward: Yes, let’s just do it. Heavenly father. Lord is such a privilege able to call upon you Lord, knowing you’re never present help in the time of trouble. Yes, Lord. We know that you’re a healer, dear God, because it’s written in your word and not one promise of your word can say, listen, or we know we’ve seen times and the profits in his ministry, Lord call out arthritis and pronounce the people.

Well, you’re the healer of arthritis, Lord Satan, places, these things, that bonus, but God’s you take them away. And Lord, you see this need of our sister and father, the same God that healed our brother had made his blood pressure to that of a young man. You can certainly move a bone, his wife, and take the arthritis from her.

And I pray Lord in the name of the Lord Jesus, by the same anointing that raised my Lord from the grave, but that same Menotti move up on our dear sister, dear God. And by the rise in the three sons, may she see Lord that the Liam’s are becoming more loose? God in the off rod is leaving her body because you are our healer Lord, and may there be a great.

Testimony, dear God of the healing power of Jesus Christ before the Bible says you have the same yesterday. Today I am forever and father, we offer this prayer on behalf of our sister. We bring her up before your throat, through the blood of the Lord. Jesus, dear God, that provided lamb for everything that we have need of Lord.

And I pray in the name of Jesus. May it leave our dear sister Lord, we ask father and those others needs. That would be Lord those streaming tonight, Lord, that maybe we would have a great need in their body. Maybe they’re suffering with the COVID seven left behind the father. I pray in the name of. Jesus by the rising of the sun, may every symptom be gone?

Oh God, it would be a great testimony of your healing power father. We just committed into your hands for your glory. And we thank you for this broadcast and for the opportunity once more Lord, to keep my promise, because I said Lord, that day. Lord, if you let my baby live that, try my best to tell the world what you did for her.

Lord enough, tried to keep that promise. God, I trust Lord, may it be someone be touched and blessed by Jessica’s testimony, knowing God, if you could do that for that little child, Lord, all things are possible to them that we leave. And Lord, we just ask now, father that you just did, you would just bless the people, Lord and touch their lives and draw us closer together.

Lord is as we get ready for this great event, the changing of our bodies, the reps, or the saints and the going home Lord. How we long for that hour until then, dear God, may we be faithful with that? Which you’ve given us. We ask these things in Jesus name. Amen.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Amen. Thank you brother. Daryl. Thank you.

Just real quick sister, Trudy Collins. She comes to our church. Thank you. And

Darrell Ward: God bless you, brother ward.

Luis Urrego: Amen. And Allen Bryce, Pat and Brett. Darryl is my good friend. Hello? From many, many Louisiana.

Darrell Ward: Oh yes. Rollout. God bless you. Yeah.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Praise the Lord or brother Darrell before your phone goes off. I just want to thank you, for being here with us and taking a little bit of your time.

Amen. And the brother of Marcello, you continue believing. I mean, you may not see the miracle now, but continue believing and I believe it’s already done. It’s already done. And so other brother, Darryl, do you have any last words to say to our viewers? any, anything encouraging words just right before we, we finish off?

Darrell Ward: Yeah. Just keep pressing on saints. You know, there’s a lot of things, hurricanes virus, all these things that are happening, but we know it works to our good. It’s just getting us ready to leave here. So I just want to encourage you read your Bibles, pray, draw closer to the Lord. Look into the promises of what brother Branham said.

This broad would be because brother Graham, didn’t say that just to be saying it. But I think the things that he said about this broad, I believe somebody on Europe is going to manifest it. Say, why not you? Why not nail? Okay. If it’s promises, Arizona is for us, God gave Shammgod it is land. And when the enemy come against him on the promise of God and slew the enemy and kept his land.

And these promises that God give us, they belong to us. And when, when the enemy comes in like a flood where the standard that God’s raised up against it. So stay with, stay with the word, stay, stay with the. The promises that God’s given us keep pressing on and we don’t meet each other here anymore. We’ll certainly meet each other in the rapture.

I just, I certainly don’t think it’s, it’s going to be long, but if it is long, if it’s, if it’s five years from now, 10 years from now, we’ll still be preaching. The gospel of God gives us breath. We’ll still be declared in this message. We’ll still be talking about him the same yesterday today and forever.

And just remember that, no matter what situation you find yourself, the end of no matter what darkness you find yourself in, maybe the darkness of sickness or fear or depression or anxiety, always remember, there’s a man who can turn on the light. When my daughter was in darkness, he turned on the light.

It caused her to see again. And that would have been talk about the little girl down in the okay. You know, and she got so scared and her said, little brother said, don’t worry. It’s just, there’s a man who can turn on the light. And I’m so glad that no matter what darkness we’re in, where you’re at right now in your life, there’s a man who can turn on the light that matters.

Like I told the church, I don’t know who started COVID but I showed no who can stop it.

Luis Urrego: Amen. Amen. Well, thank you much for the Daryl for those words. And I hope that each and every one of you will, will take them into consideration. Remember there there’s a mandate could turn on the light and that’s our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

And so we just thank you for being with us today, each and every one of you. Thank you, brother, Darryl, for being with us. And, we want to greet here real quick, where the Tony Burdette there in Anderson, South Carolina, he says, Hey man, love you.

Darrell Ward: Yes, sir.  of his heart there. He almost feels the Lord took him off of him years ago with this heart condition there.

Yeah, yeah,

Luis Urrego: yeah, yeah. And, so we just greet you brother, Tony, and each and every one of you. Thank you so much, brother. Darrell, just re just, we’re going to stop the stream here just a moment, but just stay here with me and then we’ll

Darrell Ward: once we are off,

Luis Urrego: God, bless you saints again, this, this, Interview will be in a podcast here in just a day or two.

So you’ll be able to pick it up from there as well. Thank you once again for being with us and may God bless you each and every one of you and have a good night and take care. And please pray for brother Darrell. He needs your prayers and, also he’ll be traveling here, think tomorrow, bro. Darryl, right?

You’ll be yeah. Traveling to

Darrell Ward: Arizona, Arizona in the morning. Yes, sir.

Luis Urrego: So just remember him in your prayers as he’s traveling to minister out there in Arizona. God bless you. Take care.

Darrell Ward: Amen.
